It's a scam, there's just a few overly optimistic people here that's all.

Just a note, all the seller has to do is empty the bank account and you're done, Paypal can only refund you if the account is still linked and has money in it. Usually new sellers are subject to their payments being put on hold till 7 days after the stated delivery date or untill positive feedback is left but I think this may only be on items priced over a certain amount. No chance on getting the item as it's as clear as day it's a scam but I do hope you all manage to get a refund and well done for those paying by linked credit cards, you're covered no matter what.
