  1. Had a run out last night. Did Hardknott & Rhinos on the new bike. I actually enjoyed the 2 passes this time, the big V4 made it very relaxing. Oh, Yea, only gone and bought myself a VFR1200 X Crosstourer [emoji3]
  2. Surprisingly good. Gave it a good pasting from Brampton to Alston, then Alston over Hartside and down to Melmerby (don't know if you know the road) and apart from the pegs scraping the ground all the time, the only limiting factor was trying to get it to change direction very quickly, it changes direction quick, don't get me wrong, but not KTM SMT quick The Crosstourer DCT is a bike that is very under appreciated. Even if you don't want one, go and have a go on one, they're an amazing piece of kit. Almost unbelievable for what they are. They're big, heavy and wear 150/70/17 rear and 110/70/19 front, but once you get rolling, you'd never know it.
  3. I test rode a VFR1200 Crosstourer on Saturday, the one with DCT. Great bike.
  4. He's using Dunlop Roadsmart 2 tyres. He does a lot of 2 up riding and those tyres do him well. Gets about 4k miles out of the back tyre and I have never heard him complian about grip. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  5. My mate has an 08, they're nice bikes. Have fun :-) Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  6. Had a good run out this weekend, set off badly with a ride out through Hawes and I broke down :-( Side stand sensor. A rerun on Saturday saw Hawes, ribble head, Ingleton, Kendal, Shap, Penrith. Then a run up Hartside over to Alston, Middleton in Teesside, Brough and back to Penrith Sunday, had a ma-hussive ride out in the Ayr area of bonny Scotland. It was that longa day I didn't have time for photos :-( Then yesterday, went to Preston for a new jacket and gloves at J&S, then back via Skipton and the Buttertubs Pass About 600 miles altogether. Brilliant weekend Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  7. Mine was electric, a Maplin Killer. It used to smash to pieces everytime you clipped the smallest stones. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  8. Can you see that? It's not coming up on my phone. Cheers mate, I love it, it's so much fun to ride, even in the wet, it's great (heated grips help mind). Sounds great, rides great and in my opinion, looks great too. Only done about 800mile on it so far but everyone has put a smile on my face and as you know, that's what KTM's are about. Heres the photobucket version incase other can't see either. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk

  12. Hello again, Just to save any confusion, I'd just like to add that this is a genuine Hobao Electric car like the one in the link below, not a nitro conversion. http://www.marionvillemodels.com/rc-shop/CML-HoBao-Hyper9e-4WD-18th-Scale-Electric-Racing-Buggy-Kit_HBM9_EL.html Thanks,
  13. OK, try again and see if it works? Cheers,
  14. Give me 5mins and I'll check. Cheers. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk 2
  15. Hello, I've not been around for a while as I haven't had the time to put into this hobby and 12 months has past so I think I maybe should be selling up. I had only just bought this Hyper 9e buggy when I seemed to be over taken by time, I was always on the back foot and simply didn't get time to use it. It has been used once to see what it was like after I put it together and one more time in aggression. Both times on grass, no gravel, no tarmac hence no scratches on the under side. The only mark is a bit of paint crack where my mate thought he'd christen it for me, let me say, some choice words were said >:-( The buggy was built with Hobby Wings Xerun 150A speed Controller which is pretty impressive, loads of setting, PC link up and handy mobile tuner box. This is coupled to Hobby Wings Muscle motor, the KV1800 4274. The steering is controlled with a Savox 1256 Titanium gear servo and the hand controller is an Ansmann 2.4Ghz W6 3 Channel radio complete with a spare receiver to fit to your second car. Included in the sale of this buggy is 2x sets of wheels, never used. 1 set are Proline racing wheels with Proline Badlands fitted, the other set are a non branded wheels with racing cut slicks fitted. There are also and hand full of batteries which include 2x Team Overland 2s 6.5amp 25-50c batteries, 2x Turnigy Nano-Tech 3s 5amp 40-80c batteries and 2x unused Turnigy Nano-Tech 3s 4amp 40-80c batteries. All fitted with Deans apart from the unused which still have there supplied connector fitted. The battery tray on the car has been modified to fit the 6s set up but I also have a new standard tray which is included and you can fit it of required. This buggy is practicably brand new and is an awesome tool. In addition, there is also the standard rear wing in white (High Down Force) and another rear wing in Yellow (High Down Force (Not pictured)), both included. All the manuals for the buggy, hand controller & speed controller, spare sticker kit, yellow shock socks, motor pinion gears (high speed pinion should allow a +60 mph pass) and the odd bits that come with the kit like allen keys, plastic bits (???), shock oil etc....... I'm asking
