  1. Well i didnt change the shock oil, drill the TRFs, put it in the setup blocks or even put my new toolbox away..... all of which annoys the other half! So its Win Win!
  2. Mine would be a tamiya Saudia Leyland Williams (FW07) 1/10 F1 car, Dad used to have one which he gave to me which being young and stupid i broke it! only problem is its Rare now plus its about
  3. Stripping belts on the Mission when you think everything is going sooooo well with it! Tesco/Morrison/Asda/Smurfitt Kappa Lorries doing bloody 40MPH, or is it more that the A47 from Noriwch to Kings Lynn is only 60% daul carriageway?!??!
  4. I'd be up for rug racers next series. would have to see how i go with the 13.5 class to see if Blinky is the way forward!
  5. Just waiting on the last minute buys! Should be a good day we'll see of we can't do some more over the year too. Although I might have a pretty busy year, have 1 trip to Silverstone for the btcc, might go to snetterton and maybe Rockingham too for the btcc. Have also got a rally experience day to do as well!
  6. That could work, think you'd have to do the driving as your not in his class. I just hope he doesn't get in mine and Matt's way in the timed practice.
  7. Maybe we need to give him a driver training course! Think some of the problem is the he doesn't drive a full sized car although if he did I'd be keeping off the road myself!
  8. Cheers mate, the gold is a bit like a hammer head shark!
  9. I'm going to try and muscle in on this 417 loving! My latest shell for the Mission 3/4 LPCX...... and the reason for the random Mission name..... original Mission with Mi3.5 Diff and Spool, Mi4 Single sided layshaft and spur, Mi4 ceramic bearing set, Mi4CX front drive shafts, Mi4 Lipo holder, MI1 bottom deck and a few "lighten" parts in an attempt to reduce some weight!
  10. Pro?!?!?!? PAH!!! Wish i could drive like a Pro! What you going to do with Peter's car??? replace the driver?
  11. Well Lou's played a blinder with the new shell, cut out perfectly, front doesnt catch all i need to do is adjust one body post, sort the TRFs out and then note down the setup for trowes and set it up for Rug racers.
  12. It'll be ok, better to take the time needed rather than rush it or it will fail! Pulley fence is ready to go on after curing over night.then its drill the trfs.
  13. Oi you 2! this is an on going project! Anyway in over a year this has gone from looking very dated to this, Mi1 carbon fibre bottom deck, TRF shocks and MI4 Lipo mount. MI4 single sided layshaft Top deck has been cut to suit. It is however back apart again as i think the Layshaft mount was a couple of mm to far back and have found that the rear pulley is not wide enough by about 3mm so i have at present a pulley fence being modified. Pictures to follow.
