Right, I have looked around for a bit so I didnt have to ask a qestion about this, but I need to know quickly, and I am a little confused as to why its doing this but, basically after I been doing a few high speed runs and generally ramming the engine to full speed, after I let it rest and idle for a bit, the engine most of the time will cutt out, then I have to struggle to start it again, and give it some more air and prime some more fuel in.. I am think this is simplly just one of the needles, either low speed or the idle or both of em ! Suggestions ?

Arrg, its so frustrating. Trying to set it, and when I have it, I test the brake and when the carb returns to idle, its open more than it was previously. Cant seem to get it to stay at the same idle setting after pressing brake. Servos funny ? or is just me ?

Well its all going then ! - I think it was all the gunk in it, now it starts easily ! Just when applying brake, it cutts engine Trying to play with idle screw setting and the servos, but nothing worked yet. Whats the general thing to play with when the engine cutts on applying the brake ? I set the idle first right ? so that the carb cant go no further even if the servo is pushing it ? cause I notice now that the servo still pushes it in slightly. The car is moving too when on idle, is it simply set too high ?

Well guys, after trying and trying and trying, its eventually showing life ! but now my glowstart is dead Got to wait for recharge... But it run nice until it cutt out. Cheers for the help.

Tried that all the time, opening and closing, there is plenty gap at idle too.

Got a second hand rush evo this morning with the T-15 engine. Now trying to start the thing... It looks as if its been standing some time, so ive flushed it out, put new fuel through and turn over engine to get out the gunk. the glow plugs are fine, Ive even tried a new one. fuel is getting into the carb, ive blown some in and it fills up there is complession, though I can hear some air leaking somewherewhen the piston is at its highest compression. Not sure where this air leak is, weather its just air leaking down the side of the piston, or out of the engine itself I dont know, still have to test. Its not even trying to start, there just nothing. any ideas ?

Hey all, Right I got a BMI ultrapeak charger which I got sometime ago before I left the hobby, but now ive come into a new nitro car with a roto start, and need to charge up the roto battery.... I've forgotton the amps setting that I needed to use to charge the battery, 1, 2, or 4. Because I lost the manual. Can anyone tell me what amps is best to use ? its a 7.2v nicad max pack.... Also, I think I just had to plug it on, choose amp setting, and press start, wait for it to buzz and its done charging ? if anyone can confirm... I assume its similar to other delta peak chargers... Cheers
