Hi all, Trying to charge / balance my 2s lipo batteries and getting the following error… Battery check. Over Voltage. I haven’t used the batteries for 2 years. I thought I put them in storage mode but maybe didn’t. Do I have a couple of dead lipos? If so, can anyone suggest a good replacement please? Nothing too expensive. Thanks in advance.

Hi all, I recently converted my hyper 7 tq sport .18 into a 6s brushless beast. All good but I want to make a change. I want to install truggy wheels. Like the ones on a Traxxas E Revo 2.0 or something similar. I want to do this so I can use on grass down at the local park. A) What wheels / tyres do I need to buy? Not sure on the size required to physically fit the hubs on my hyper 7 tq sport .18 which are still the original ones, I haven’t changed them. Do I just look for 8th scale wheels? B) Do I need to alter the gearing? Not 100% sure of the pinion / spur ratio I’m currently using. any help is greatly appreciated. thanks

Hi all, Please see attached image, I have lost the rod that holds in the front left upper wishbone. The c clip came off, the rod fell out and i lost steering. The buggy is a hyper 7 tq sport .18, its a good 11 years old so I really hope I can still get the part for it. Many thanks, Wayne

My transmitter is a Traxxas TQI and i don’t see a switch to reverse the steering, only see a switch to reverse throttle

Hi all, Iv almost finished setting up me new hobbywing esc and motor. It took me a while but with the help of people on here the throttle is now working. The issue is now the steering, when i turn left, the steering servo turns right. Is there a way to flip this round? I cannot find anything in the manual. Once this is sorted the project is almost compete, I have a few bits to sort such as thread locking screws, tidying up cabling, painting body shell. I will then be sharing pictures and videos as people on here have been a fantastic help through the project. Many thanks, Wayne

Hi all, im worried my pinion and sour aren’t meshed correctly... it sounds clicky / crunchy / metally when I throttle it. I used the paper trick when putting the pinion on but maybe the paper was the wrong thickness. heres how it looks... please can I have people’s thoughts. IMG_3376.MOV

mmm good shout! I just assumed the wire coming from the ESC goes into the batt/ch5 on my receiver. my steering servo is in ch1 and the steering works when I turn the wheels. this is my receiver

Morning all, iv paired the transmitter and receiver. The steering works 👍 however, the throttle just isn’t working so I’m clearly doing something wrong. i press and hold the set button on the ESC then press the power button. The EZRUN max 8 motor then just beeps over and over while the ESC flashes red. the throttle trim is set to minimum. All wiring is as per the manual. The troubleshooting chart in the manual does not mention this beep code error. youtube videos make it look easy which I’m sure it is 😃 one thing I am doing is using my 2s x2 batteries with storage mode charge / voltage. Should the batteries be fully charged? please help 😂 thunk you wayne

I thought the grub was smaller than m3 but I could be wrong. They are so small I struggle to measure them.

Hi all, I want to build up some spare grub screws as I literally only have one for my pinion. iv no idea what size the grub screw for the pinion gear is though. Can anyone please help? its the pinion gear for the Hobbywing EZRUN 4274 2200kv motor if that helps. many thanks
