wilko331984
Evening all. My brother in law has bought a tidy Hornet but we've put a business setup into it. We haven't overpowered it or anything silly but because the front wheels are so slim they are shredding pretty quick. Could anyone recommend some wheels with a bit more width and slightly larger that would go straight onto it? He wants to change the rears too. Noj
Choice is limited, owing to how Tamiya choose to fit their wheels...i.e no hex drives. Lunchbox/Madbull/Pumpkin are almost a straight fit, you'd need the longer front uprights from these models to fit them.... If you do fit such a large wheel, there will be an increase in motor and ESC temps, so monitor them to prevent overheating.
