Hi all new to Rc ing have a hyper 7 with ar.28 engine. Power hd servo on throttle and brakes and stock on front as broke my other servo yesterday will be upgrading soon to metal geared one. Basically what's best set up for general usage ie shocks, what position ect also what other upgrades to just improve it a bit maybe changing gearing has a 14t clutch bell at mo Any advice would be brill Cheers Jason

Hi problem sorted put the power hd servo and and brakes work ether not brilliant but main reason I think they are poor is the horn seems to be slipping slightly on top of servo thanks for your help anton much apresiated Jason

Put some fresh charged batteries in and works fine now thanks for all replays now I think the teeth on servo horn are a bit worn as it doesn't go back to netrual after pressing throttle and brakes seems end up with throttle open slightly mora than netrual

Hump pack? Sorry new to RC's and also receiver is fine as I plugged a different servo in which works fine

Hi all After some information and help basically got my hyper which come with no transmitter or receiver but had servos installed got told to change them as the wernt powerfull enough for the car. So changed the to a service on front for steering and power hd for throttle and brakes anyway when I plug the power hd is plugged I get nothing from it at all but savox will work fine if I swap them around the power hd will work but nothing from the savox. My question is why won't one work? Also is there not enough power going though to power the other servo? Cheers Jason

Thanks for the reply I know about the throttle linkage has to be straight and the horn is running straight on the buggy that's already done so il try set brakes up tomorrow from what you ave said as I'm off work. When I got the buggy I didn't come with no radio just the servos so I put an ace rc receiver in and used that which came from my old thunder tiger also changed the servos but have a problem with them at the moment I have a standard hobao on throttle/ brakes and a savoxs on steering not sure what one but that works fine but when I got the savox it come with a power hd metal geared servo again not sure what one but anyway when I plug the power hd to the throttle brake and have the savox on the steering the power hd will not work do you think it is down to battery power?? because if I switch them the power hd will work on steering but the savox won't power the throttle brake. Or would you say this is rx problem( as it works fine with standard hobao servo)?? Cheers Jason

Hi all having trouble with my brakes on my hyper 7 basically I don't have any at all( they are installed but won't work) can anyone post a pic of there set up so can make sure everything is where its ment to be then can go from there. Cheers Jason

Hi all I'm new to RC's started with a thunder tiger tomahawk(write off) now using a hyper 7 with ansmann ar.28 from Northampton. Not into racing more just bashing and some fun Jason

Hi may have already been covered but does the hyper 8.5 shell fit on the hyper 7 or maybe even the hot bodies shell with the cab nearer the front. Looking for a change as the shell I have is rubbish and don't like the paint designs on the original shell. Cheers Jason

Anyone know of any good places to take my hyper at the momment I go to the car park at six fields(big gravel one) and the park in hunsbury off lady bridge drive. Don't really want to travel out of Northampton and don't really want to pay to use a track so just really looking for some where to play that's not a car park with nothing in it.
