I guess it's just its my wifes truck and she is itching to get it running again lol!! It's a losi MMB and some of the bits are on back order! I have just found a site on net Losi Parts House anyone used them?? as they seem cheap and have everything in stock?? Cheers Bob

I'm waiting for parts from them too! I ordered them over a week ago and they said the parts were on order with the supplier and should be with me by weekend just gone but still nothing so have emailed them this morning and not had a response yet, am a little disapointed as they were recommended to me as having excellent customer service and delivery times. I agree with that and I have an acoms lol!! But I have only just started out in this hobby and purchased a mini monster baja for my wife and a Mini Baja for me and wated to go 2.4Ghz so with a tight budget not alot I could do! May upgrade to Speccy stuff if I get a bit of spare cash!

Hi I have an acoms which I have used a few times now mine seems to be ok. when I first installed the receiver I had a problem that when it first connected the throttle would open up fully until I blip the trigger but after checking the connections that went away! I will be watching this one closely! Bob

Hi I was hoping to go along to the above event on the 25th May but can't seem to find out what time it starts or much other info! Was just going to go as a spectator as have only just started out with my Mini-t Baja and am not up to racing yet lol!!! Would just like to meet people from the club etc and maybe look at joining the club so I have somewhere to go and get advice etc? Thanks in advance Bob

Hi I'm new to RC Cars but have an RC Heli which I use a Spectrum DX6i with. I have an acoms kit for my mini-T Baja and have to say it is very good, very intuitive and user friendly and it has all the functunailty I need. I will stress again all the functionality I need Other more hardcore racers may need more but if you just want to bash about and have a bit of fun it has certainly done the job for me! Just wanted to add my opinion Bob

Thanks for the link. I'll check him out. I couldn't afford the spectrum system lol!!! The Acoms system is very good so far I have not had a really good run with it yet though. I am very impressed with it so far though. I have a spectrum dx6i for my heli I fly and I have to say the Acoms is as good as it. It doesn't have as many settings as the spectrum but in terms of usage it is as good. It doesn't feel cheap it is not as high a quality of plastic but it still feels really good!!! I am using The stock nimh batterys 1100mah it is really fast. I love it . AM looking at going to tamworth club to race it for some fun!!

Thanks Do you mean the push on rods that connect to the wheels and the servo?? I had noticed if I adjust the throttle trim back a couple of points it stops the squeeling!! I really like the mini Baja so far , changed my wheels yesterday to the pin ones as it comes with the paddles fitted. This seems to have stopped the fish tailing so far! Its well fast though!!! I have fitted it with an acoms 2.4Ghz system which I really like so far its fairly intuitive and self explanatory, had to reverse the throttle atv to start with! Only thing is a couple of times when i have turned on the Tx my throttle has opened right up and doesn't stop till I blip the trigger!! Need to look into it. I am considering getting a brushless system for it soon too!! On another note do you know of any good shell painters as I want to get my wife a couple done for her Mini MOnster! Hi all Got some pics of my new mini T last night here they are complete with my new acoms 2.4Ghz rx! Can anyone tell me how to stop the squeel I get when it's sat at idle if I apply a little reverse trim to the throttle it stops! Also it is veering off to the right how do I adjust this without having to use transmitter trim? CHeers All

Just looked at your pics that is well cool!! I havea acoms system to put in mine prob tonight! Tried running it on my wooded floor int he house and it just fish tailed all over the place lol!! I need some practice me thinks!! What motor upgrade would you recomend then? and what is the mamba? is it the esc?

They are cool I got a mini Baja at the weekend its got a Mini T chassis in it so I'll take some pics of it later on! It's only stock at the moment but I do like it!!

Yeah thats a help!! Where would be best to get the upgrades from? I would like to go Lipo as my wife has a Lipo running Mini Monster Baja!! and so we could share batteries lol! Also the charge times on Lipo is so much better than the Ni-Mh stock ones. I not really had a good chance to run it properly yet! Thinking of Joining the Tamworth Club to race it at. So would you recommend sticking the spike tyres on for day to day running? Thanks Bob

I see you have a mini-T Apparently the MIni Baja is based on the Mini-T and all the parts are compatable so what upgrades would you recommend!
