how do u put your own picture on the bottom of your replies, like yours says deano kid rc mad

hi mate, ive had a few of them probs too, overheating etc, i got onto msuk as mine is new an told them, he told me to richen lsn, so i did an it cooled the engine right down. in the end i just decided to put it back to factory sets and have yet to see how we get on from there, which will be tommorrow. if your not sure of factory sets you close the hsn fully an then give it 4 full turns. the lsn you screw it until it sits level with the base plate.

avnt got much to say as im a newbie too. i just bought a revo and find it mint. only problem ive expieriencd is it bottoms out alot, otherwise its a great car and you would enjoy it.

i thought that leave fuel in the engine is not a good idea as nitro will corrode the steel. thats what it says in my traxxas book anyway

ive had the overheati problem too with my revo, got on to msuk bout it an they said you lsn might of been messed wiyh, richen it and see how it goes. the engine did cool alot and stop overheatin but dying on idle so i dont no weather that needs adjustig too. anyway after playin a bit i seen red an decided to follow hand book an go back factory settigs after another problem i had of non importance, and also orderd the thermometer. so now i have to test again on weekend and see if it overheats at factory sets. i will test and keep you posted. as for the leak i dont get any sort of leek......YET! just checkd my new o donnels thermometer and yes it is infra red, it says on packet

hi there had my revo out after trying to tune, and ive hit another problem when i press my throttle the car just screams and only moves a bit, also after i ran it in it seemd like it wasnt always using 2nd gear, as somthing serious happend or just something small. hope some1 can help me as im at the end of my teather. all suggestions will be very welcome, thanks

your right there hyperbuggy in everything you say, would of bin very nice to see what mourinho could av done

alright there nitroracerdan tried what you said, and discoverd a very small amount of bubblig from beneath the hsn. i tightend it up and now there are no bubbles, it didnt really look like much air could get in, but i dont know much as i am new to rc. anyway cheers and ill try it 2moz

alright there spikenayla, yeh me too, jst checkd for air leek now, was a little 1 under the hsn, but didnt look like it was big enough to cause 2 much air to get in ill have to see nxt time out

can i just use the fuel line whats already attached to the carb

hey ther guys just wondering if sum1 can help me. ad my revo out 2day and i think its overheatin as ther is a little smoke cuming from head also the plastic off my conecter has melted. dont see y this is because i ran it in properly and i havnt really touchd the needles only about 1/16 of a turn on the hsn, when smoke slightly appears it will die now and again off accelaration, but other times its fine. starting to do my head in now so hopfully you guys can help me. i am also going to purchase a temp gauge today from msuk.

no chaps see what ur saying but i did read book an afta tuning 1/16 of a turn twice not much seem to change so i decided to leave it till nxt time, although i find things a little more difficult than i thought

OH SH**T dnt say that . when i give it throttle it runs fine other wise not sure bout temp tho. my model is brand new but as from past read topics anything can happen, oh plz dont worry me
