It doesn't even have to be in sight! It was take from behind the house, so couldn't even been seen from the road
I realise the likelihood of getting it back, but every little helps!

Cheers hebby
I couldn't agree more Gav. Hopefully it'll turn up soon but unfortunately I doubt it. Fingers crossed though!

My dads bike got stolen yesterday evening and I'm wondering whether people could keep an eye out for it, as slim as the chances of spotting it are.
It went missing in the Cheadle area nr. Stockport. I had a look on eBay this morning but didn't spot anything.
The bike is a full suspension Specialized FSRxc Comp, size small, (pic attached) which is standard with the (possible) exception of the handlebar grips.
Thanks in advance for any help despite the chances

This looks like it's coming along nicely heavyleftthumb

Got a 1998 VW Polo 1.4CL Openair in "Dragon Green". Nothing fancy but it carries 2 mountain bikes inside and is a good laugh on country roads
Plus it's not cost me a penny so far...literally Although that's about to change as I'll be doing the tax in the next couple of days and sticking a pair of new tyres on it.
Only change so far is a new stereo which was on when I got the car. Dunno if I'm going to do anything to it as I'm playing with getting something else, for a change, within the next year.

Welcome to the forum

Just be warned that it WILL run hot
Keep an eye on your temps, even if you've got a fan capable of mincing squirrels
-
Do you want hints on destroying tyres? 23/46 and 4S
Goes quickly before it has a paddy and trashes them tho

if anyone is going from wrexham or north wales area, i will split fuel cost !! and on the way back
I MAY be able to give you a lift but it depends on whether there's room in the car and what happens re uni placement.
*waits to be haggled by Matt B*
Also, will I be required to cook my (apparently) awesome bacon/sausage breakfast butties? I do, however, expect I know the answer to that one

Bugger, lot of stuff they've lost there
Never been but sounds like it's one of the better shops - glad they're not closing
We should have the cutting of hands off law in this country!
I disagree...give all their fingers on one hand frostbite.
-
What gearing are you running?
Mine's perfectly quick of 4S...runs a little toasty on 23:46 mind you

How much is it to buy a country...?
Buy an anthem X
+1
Personally I'd go for the 29er. B-e-a-u-tiful bikes
Give to those less fortunate...
Boring

Hmmm...never done any damage to my Lightnings chassis. Either you bash harder than you're letting on or HPI have really dropped the quality of parts since the Lightning
Try getting some of the solid aluminium braces on there and see if it helps Oh, and stop crashing
-
A couple of tips - get hold of the aluminium shock upper mount. They're only ~

When you're cranking the engine over, trying to start it, are you blipping the throttle? If not, give it a go. Every so often you may hear a cackle as it tries to start - you just need to try and catch it at this point with enough throttle on and let the engine heat up and you should be good to go
I'm no expert though

Something big, leccy and 4wd
Don't see many of them about and Bajas aren't known for their ability to hold a straight line

Looking god

I am thinking of Bruntwood park next, near Manchester:
Hopefully I'll be able to make the next one as I'll have finished uni

You say "could of turned out better" but things always can
Doesn't look bad as it is, still looks great!
Just tell people they have to squint to see it properly
-
How is it I can see this being used by drifters?
Seems like one of those shells that will either look awesome or atrocious.

Put me down as a possible please Nick

The Savage shell will fit 200mm touring cars. If you're after a 190mm shell you'll need some offset wheels for it to look right
