thats weird i have the exact same problem with my lsp have you fixed it?

i think it may be something more complicated than that as i have adjusted the idle and i still get the same problem but i will check the clutch bell and the other things you said.

no well the sound im hearing is not realy a rattle but its the best way i can think of to describe it when this happens the revs dont dont drop thay get quite alot higher and the wheels start to spin a little while after this happens. i know im not realy explaining this well but i cant think of a way to describe the sound that i hear.

hey earlier i was letting my brand new lsp idle through its very first tank of fuel but after 1 or 2 minuites the engine started make a strange sound it got sort of deeper and made a sort of rattlely sound and at the same time the revs increase and the wheels start turning quite fast. im sure this cant be normal as running in my rascal was a piece of cake. so if anyone thinks thay know what may be the problem could thay please help as i cant wait to tune it and see what the monster can do thanks in advance for all your help dan

also can somebody tell me how long the 4 AA cells should last? thanks

yea its the 4xAA pack but the batts were brand new and the car works fine when the failsafe is not in

hey earlier today i was trying to install a mirage failsafe to my hot bodies lsp i connected it up between the rx and the throttle servo like it said on the packageing then when i turned on the tx and the rx to set the failsafe position the throttle servo went mad and started eraticly moveing around with out me touching anything so i took out the failsafe and retured things back to normal and it worked fine again. does anyone think thay know what might be wrong and how to fix it? thanks.
