It's always a good time for the rc bug lol. I just need to decide I'm torn between trying the brushless route or stick with what I knew with the nitro 😅
The track was in lesmahagow on a outdoor activity place don't think it's going anymore I've had a look round on google 🙁
I was trying to find info on this place aswell! Is there anywhere else similar?

Is there any decent place quiet enough to have a decent go of a nitro buggy near West Lothian? So many dog walkers around to get a decent go at it

On a 132ft track (scale 1/4 mile) just under 50mph on a 2s lipo, that’s if you stick to the basic rules

Impressive so is there many’s clubs that do this sort of racing?

What sort of speeds do these get upto?

I'll second that, they've been working tremendously hard over the last weeks.
Hopefully they'll catch up with the orders quick enough to have a well deserved break.
They have defiantly earned it that’s for sure

Fitted a new steering servo to the lunchbox and set up the inferno for its first outing today

I think I may have to buy a 3rd kit during this lockdown that looks awesome, does it have similar shocks to wat comes on a lunchbox?

Yea I know what you mean, the green used to be the signature colour for Skoda. In that pic i had only recently repainted them, they were a bit tatty and faded after 16 years
It's one of the changes I want to make so hopefully one day!

Welcome, they are definitely one of the cooler tamiya's. Nice paint job too. Sounds like you've dived head first into the hobby always the best way lol.
yeah I did the same years ago aswell then sold it all. But my daughter loves the lunchbox we built so won’t make that mistake again -
