      Got a new BBQ delivered today - water smoker.

      Its got a capacity of "65lbs of meat"!

      I'm gonna have to go down the market in the morning and buy a shed load of animal bits to cook in it ;-)

    I did all of the instructions on my run in sheet from bmm, apart from leave it to cool between tanks....should it be ok, it is running perfectly butI was just wondering, will there be any long lasting damage to the engine, or is the cooling just bmms way of doing it???

      Is this the heat cycle method of running in? If it is, then you haven't heat cycled the engine if you didn't let it cool :(
