  1. Both v.good cameras. Either will enable you to learn photography and will form the basis of a great camera setup.
  2. Sadly.. can't make the next session. Mrs birthday and we have guests.. Will try to get to the next one :-)
  3. I'd spend less on the body so I had something to play with for a decent lens. New camera bodies seem to get released every year. Next years will be better spec'd and cheaper. Depreciation on a new camera body will be huge. But lenses don't change and they keep their value Nikon vs Canon - make sure you decide for the right reasons, because you will end up locked into the brand.
  4. intrigued to how the timing works and spark generation.. Can see the wire coming out from the front bearing - this will be for timing, but where does the spark come from?? That bit is missing from the pics....
  5. not sure here... but try the " Hotkey Features" in the link above and also the "Thinkvantage toolbox" and "access connection"
  6. Lenovo have the drivers here - http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/research/hints-or-tips/detail.page?&LegacyDocID=MIGR-55029 but if its now working, might be best to just leave as is... Switching off of the wireless network is usually a power saving feature when the machine goes into standby or similar - look to see what the options are when the lids closed.
  7. Yeah... they're rubbish.. They're the reason I got rid of my DB01 - car spent more time in bits having the diffs replaced than anything else..
  8. I'm after a cheap entry into touring cars. Looking for something along the lines of a TT-01 Type E chassis. Not bothered about electronics - have lots of that stuff already.... Ping me with what you've got and how much you want.

  12. Freedom for Yorkshire!!! YRA! (Yorkshires Republican Army) Seriously though... Yorkshire has a similar population to Scotland (give or take 1/2 a million)and a similar GDP, though its only about 1/6th the land area.. If Scotland can have independance from London - why not Independance for Yorkshire..
