Made some suspension limiting straps.

Few more update photos. Vanquish upper arms, vanquish trailing arm delete kit. Boomracing sway bar relocated to the rear as it doesn't fit anymore due to the trailing arm delete kit, mock up sway bar tethers. Got a few more nice scale detailing to add later on.

New jconcept tribute monster truck wheels and tyres. Colour coded beadlocks. With BKT tyre decals, and black wheel centre hubs as the real son uva digger has making it more authentic. size comparison with the standard smt 10 stock wheels.

No, have ordered a bigger shell from drive rc in America. Looks sweet as. It's getting air brushed and decals fitted. But it's got delayed due to the bad cold weather over there at the minute.

Yes but a losi super rock ray is no 70s slot machine. Even I can work that one out, So if I bought one yesterday and it broke where would I get the parts from. Just had a look on ms I can only buy a battery. I would love to use my local hobby store not wait 3 to 4 weeks . So I think you will find it holds a lot of water still.

I actually like the losi super rock ray nice detailing, but it's expensive to say it could break first time out, and have the issue of not getting the parts. It's on my radar to get when these issues have been sorted out. I have only broke one trailing arm on my udr, Got a new one next day.

Definitely udr, I have 3, love the scale look, takes a bit of getting used to driving ie with it tipping over, but once you learn how to drive it, it's so much fun, helps putting different shock oil in and tweaking the suspension set up, but too fast in corners and over she goes, I took it to the beach one day, omg how much fun, power slides totally different animal. Definitely not a basher. Parts are all available. I have barrel rolled mine loads and only broke one rear trailing arm. Was on holiday got it the next day. Would you get that with the losi????

So am looking for some jconcept monster truck tribute wheels and tyres, does anyone know where in the UK I can get some from? I bought some a few years but I got them from America, really that would be my last option as tax really kills it for me. There seems to be a UK website but it's rubbish and doesn't work or seem to work that well.

Got the blue alloy upgrade parts fitted tonight. Just waiting on all the blue plastic bumper and chassic parts.

So I found some metallic purple shock covers. Think it goes well with some of the purple on the bodyshell and the alloy blue shock caps, some more blue alloy parts to follow shortly.

I have a very rare traxxas son ova digger bodyshell (used) which I have restored to as new condition, by sanding the scuffs of the shell and had it professionally lacquerd. Looks awesome. No cracks or splits. £150.00 Open to offers.

Shelfer, ? Too nice and rare just to trash, even though I have a spare shell. Selling the 2nd shell anyway to fund the build.
