I think mine is done up pretty much full.
It depends on what power you are putting through it and the surface you are driving on
-
Thanks locky,
I'll check my droop (no one wants excess droop )
Standard shocks yes.
It seems to be when I cartwheel rather than jump. I also have some long outdrive cups that I may whack on to help things

At least Axial buyers know that they can buy a rig and run it largely un-modified without the ESC exploding or the diffs lunching themselves....................................................................................

There seems to be a theme with this car. Why does input have to be positive, I wondered whether anybody had spoken to a well known hop up supplier. What are you adding?
I'm not suggesting owners simply buy a different car, thats just useless
-
so your positive input on this is ?
-
no, he wants that one to have its issues sorted, thats the challenge a proper RC devotee expects.
Its like any area of a hobby thats boundary pushing, I'd guess even and go kart level, motor sport is a constant battle to get things to do what they should

I think I've done my bit to bring the price down then.
if we keep on they'll pay us to take them away,

if something keeps breaking, yes people will go on about it.
thats what an owners thread is for, the highs and lows.
when a fix for the problems becomes available, that will also be posted up here with equal vigour

very welcome sir,
plenty of helpful folks on here

sweet,
Going to repair my broken wishbone this morn, got a bash to go to sunday and the carnage is huge fun

thanks for the tip NB
-
ah yes. I've had many a spill like that with my carnage.
Theres a cover that goes over the front of the lower section of the housing for the diff.
take of the front bumper and you'll see it , it has a 2mm hex head bolt which needs undoing , that then shows you where the hinge pins are, pliers will get them out, just pull.
PS freeprawn racing are great for spares, uk based and good service from what ive found in my dealings with them

Do you guys run grease or oil in your diffs?
You need to run oil in , as this affects how the diff works.
heavier oil will limit the amount the diff allows the wheels to turn at different speeds.
so you can sort of influence how well the truck steers under power or gets a tail slide on

I run a BL carnage and some other cool kit.
there are a few of us that meet at a great bash spot in herts.

mega TC thanks for such detailed advice.
I have a solar fountain but as it only seems to work in direct sunlight, ive made up a duel input so I can power it from a Nimh.
I leave it on for a good few hours a day and so far the fish seem fine.
I'll keep an eye on things and report back any interesting updates
thanks again folks

I have a 3700mah 7.4 saddle pack running a fountain at the min, seems to last hours, will whack on a big thing if it proves to not last after a while

Thanks alex, yes we are putting the net over shortly.
Its in a corner under some dense trees so well hidden , but net will be sorted soon.
we've nicked a few plants from mum in laws pond which have been in a couple of weeks and seem to be sprouting in places
some little black wriggly things are also in the water, plus some pond skaters
