Selling this as i dont seem to have the time to use it there always seems to be something else that needs doing hence ita up for sale.

I am selling my nitro traxxas t maxx. Ita a great little car 1/10 scale 4 wheel drive. Speaking of wheels it comes with two sets, the standard wheels and tyres and the big joes which will go over anything. I have reset the carb back to the factory settings as i do not know what fuel you will be using. Everything works as it should i have replaced all the shock oil with 35 weight oil which gives the car a firmer ride less prone to rolling around corners. The reverse works well, at the click of a button you can reverse the car it certainly comea in handy. It comes with the eazy start system however you will need a glow starter to ignite the glow plug. The eazy start will turn the motor over which spins the engine over verg similar to a roto start but no need for a drill or roto starter. 

 

All in all a great little car 

 

Ps the shell has marks on it so its by no means perfect.

[Himoto firestorm chassis]

Hi all

 

I recently killed my himoto firestorm and wrecked the chassis beyond repair, does anyone know where i might be able to find a replacement? I have tried the usual ebay and google but cant find anywhere selling them.

 

Anyone pointing me in the right direction would be great

I have completely gone through this car and now it os ready to go to its new owner. I have personally replaced the following:

 

New diff gear

New layshaft gear

New pinion gear

New spur gear

Diff stripped, cleaned and fresh grease

New throttle/brake servo

Upgraded 29cc engine

New exhaust

New airfilter

Walbro carb

2.4ghz radio gear

Spare 27cc engine

Spare carb

 

A great car i just need to free up funds for a new nitro project

 

The shell is by no means perfect but its a good bashing shell

[Running a lipo to power a baja electrics]

Hi all

 

Can anyone see an issue with using a lipo be it 7.4 or an 11.1 to run the electrical side of a baja electrics? I.e servo's and radio gear

The twin speed shift works well with the flysky transmitter using channel 3

 

Comes with a standard vaterra esc and servo's

 

I am including 3 lipo batteries 1 is a 3s and 2 are 2s

 

Also comes with a very basic lipo balance charger again that came as standard but it will charge the batteries

 

I added LEDs to the front light buckets which look good

 

I also fitted a front diff locker which improves its crawling capabilities, i still have the front gears if you want to put it back to standard
