i also have one the one thing that annoyed me about it is the fact you have to remove the engine to tune the low needle properly

km baja 002 29cc 6 months old like new i have an x2 (losi 5ive clone) as well and the baja has sat in the wardrobe for months

Hi All Just a bit of advice please I have a KM X2 30.5cc with a walbro w997 carb but i cant seem to get the carb settings correct. Does anyone know the factory settings? I know the settings on my 29cc km baja and i have tried it on that but it just seems to loose power and die. Any suggestions on the carb settings? Thanks Graeme

that would be good mate if you get round to the list prob help alot of people out including me I just blast about on a field to be honest i dont race it i did notice the front prop shaft was hot when using it yesterday after 20 mins running. It burnt my finger

Ansmann hogzilla in great condition Runs well good torque from the engine and loads of compression alway used after run oil. have fitted it with a 20kg steering servo steering is now spot on Needs to run: tx/rx batteries/hump pack and the usual nitro/glow plug starter etc etc

Hi All As above really just want to know what % i can go up to on a T-15 hpi engine. I have been flushing it through using 25% but will that be too high on a small engine? Thanks Graeme

Quick other question is it ok to run a T-15 engine on 25% nitro? Or is it a bit too high

yes mate but if you loosen the idle screw too much as i did you can also slide the carb to a point i have obviously buggered something up by sliding it

been trying that mate i think i have knocked something out by letting the screw all the way out to the point that the inner of the carb could move from left to right as oppose to rotating

Hi all I recently picked up a hpi mt2 with a nasty rotary style carb. Basically the car has been sat a while and i did a few things to get it to run which it did start no probs. The stupidly i messed with the idle on the carb, i wound the screw out too far to the point where the carb could slide left to right, after what i thought was a good setting on the idle i cannot get it to start. I can get it to start with the carb 50% open but when i try to reduce the speed it stalls. So i have completely bolloxed something up on the idle. The car ran and ran pretty good until i messed with the idle so i know the engine is fine and everything else is i just need to get this idle correct. Does anyone have any idea as to what i might have done? And how to put it right please Thanks
