Pago sounds like the kind of mate who needs one of those straps u put on a kids wrist so he/she don't run off while in town and get up to mischief lol. Can just see it now "Steve this has broken but I didn't touch it or over tighten a screw so I've rounded it off lol" who needs mates like that and luckily for me I can fudge stuff up on my own but fix it and learn from that lol

That's the exact picture and yes that's where mine broke lol I only ever nip those 2 long bolts up as my side pipe is right in the way but how it snapped is anyone's guess but brought the KM upgraded one so will see how I get on with it and thanks for posting that up as hard to explain without pictures lol

So if you start having problems with your brakes and can't adjust it out unscrew the end bit on the layshaft with that spacer in front and see if anything drops out and there will be your problem. Got the upgraded chassis plate and upper brake plate to fit so that should be fun not lol

Till a few days ago I hadn't either andy but as above a guy on FB posted a pic of the same bit broke on his TR plate so it even happens to the 10X over priced named brands lol

Yes mate I no what it is thanks and found by accident stripping the clutch and got all new bits to be put on over the weekend but I couldn't for the life of me work out why the brakes were utter crap. I did look at the pads for wear and they looked good and put on the spring mod so no binding pads but that was yonks ago so new it wasn't that,bit of a head scratcher to be honest but found the problem though thank god lol

Not to hand andy but it's the bottom chassis brake plate,it snapped right at the end where the 2 screws go to hold the layshaft mount and that little spacer if u get my drift!!!!

Don't no Steve as I've had trouble with my brakes for a while now and couldn't sort them out with adjustment then while changing my clutch out the bottom brake plate fell out to my amusement. What has caused it is anyone's idea and I saw a bloke on FB did the same to a TR one!!!!!

Well my Iridium plug has turned up so hopefully give that a test over the weekend and see if it lives up to all the hype lol. also got to sort out my snapped brake mount and get my brakes back to some kind of full working order again as its not fun having I can tell u.

Good to no that and will definitely be getting the KM SC shell to replace that HPI one and im disappointed big time with it
