The Usukani parts look really good quality. Is the only way to buy themk through Facebook? I asked about a catalogue last night but I only have a business page so I can't add and message people

I've been trying to justify either an FXX or RRX VIP chassis... It'd be cheaper to sell up and get one but we're saving for a wedding so it feels selfish, haha.

Yeah, looking around a few Evo 10s I picked up a few minor details I'd missed. Front indicators and little bits of trim. I saw a few people had gone up there. I wish I'd known earlier, haha. That'll be cool when the alloy bits turn up, loads more tuning fun then with the more precise chassis

On the plus side, I spent 2 days this week in Evo heaven and had a chance to get a couple of hours on this X so I took note of some of the finer details

Yeah, I think so. There's 3 of us in Milton Keynes. Maybe we could make it a quarterly meet eventually and get to different tracks around the country. It'll be harder for some people but it might work out.

It should be done really. The only problem is everyone will want it to be at their local track. Haha.

I was thinking matte black, with a green spoke, or 2 if I use the same wheel design I'm running on the Corolla shell (gold ones in the photo above). I have another set so I might do a test run. Or buy a set of 8mm offset 5 spokes and do it with those. There's too many wheels I like

From the description it seems like the complete chassis but you never know! It'll be a "clone", whatever it is. There used to be crazy cheap D3 chassis around. Full carbon and aluminium chassis for a hundred pounds.

How can they sell these off for so little money?! I'm so tempted to get one of these. I'd wait for a few people to buy them and make sure everything fits first, haha.

Yeah, why not I was going to look into a light kit soon. I sold the Evo as it just ended up costing too much to run. At the time I had it Shell Vpower was £1.80 a liter. You could get 150 miles from a tank on a very good run, haha. It was all smiles per gallon though. I'd have another in a heartbeat, but they're all rotting away now.

That was one of the cases that out me off. A friend bout a 350z shell and that turned up like road kill. The light buckets arrived I should've masked the rears up and painted them... but a Sharpie was easier. There's a few bits missed so I might spray them in the future. The indicators were done with some Wrap Up Next film I had. Just a bit nicer than the stickers Decals next.

Ah man! That sucks. If everything wasn't frozen I'd be up for going for a street/car park skid. Bloody batteries are all charged and ready to go too.

The chassis looks sick! The colour match on the anodised parts is good. I had a go on a basic D4 at Soul, it felt good once it was set up a bit.
