Top man colicab am new to this been a nitro man Want to know so the less turns a moter has the more powerfull it is? Ie. 9 turns is better the 9.5 turns ?? Also im guessing the esc must match moter powet also or not? If there is a link explaing this it will be much apperciated or any help.

Thanks colicab i got standered moter and all i have is drift tyres and doesnt seen to have the power to hold the drift atm what would be the best moter moter and esc to go with thats good value for money. My mates got a sidewinder v2 moter that seems to do the job nicley I need more powwwerrrree so far fully ball raced uprater propshaft uprader sterring control arms To do this week lock back diff. get decent drift tyers for outdoors .

I bought a bog standered tt01 I want my car to be set up for good drift power and also want the car to have good straight line power if i put my normal tyres on and racing atound with my nitro buddys . what do u lads suggest on batt and moter as the oeiganal moter is way to sloowwwwww. Would be good if my little tt01 could keep up with the nitros if thats poss . but will i be able to set it for both speed and drift or is it 1 or the other

So lipo makes it faster and fun longer ok So i should be ok with a non lipo battery as from what i can tell is you dont need loads of power for drifting. from what i can tell .

Hi everyone in the route of looking to buy a tt01 for drifting wanted to know what people are running lipo or not does lipo make it alot better? Or would i be able to buy a not lipo and still have the same fun thanks

Found a nice quite bit of space at morrisons on basingstoke road . went on saturday was good for the moment but still on the look out for something abit bigger was thinking about the area outside mdf i belive at fourbury retail park not sure if its tarmac or brick surface yet . Will find out .

I wanted to ask if u need to put sum anything between the engine and flywheel as the nut seems to be tight so dont understand why the flywheel is moving now. Think i have plent of threds to tighten the flywheel up tho

Hi every good evening. i have a hpi rs4 one of the older models Just as i though as every thing was fixed and problem has arrived got the cat goin after 3 years and was good really good done about 3 tanks of fuel. Soon after stated yo hear a grinding noise and loud ex noise. aftet looking at the car i found 1. ex screw from the manafold were gone 2. 3 screws from pullstart screws gone think i need lock tight lol 3. Flywheel was very wobbley loose and cluch bell screw was gone every thing from the flywheel on was loose or about to come off. Put a new screw on cluch bell but fly wheel has massive play in it. U can also see were the metel has been grinding. what i needed to know is why is my fly wheel moving so much and what parts i need to fix it . also spur geat is gone due yo that again. what u guys recon is it worth fixing or investig in a new engine / car as not been having much luck with rs4

Yes yoshi thing your right purple head no engine number just says hpi on both sides. when i went to get parts the dude did say ita about 5 years old. Lol and couldnt get me a spur gear but found one on ebay Trying to upload a pic but keeps saying file too big will try upload 1 in the morning Thanks

Hi guys do some nitro engines not have lsn ?? As i cant seem to see one on mine and when i took it to the apex models they said the same Just wanted to make sure I have a hpi rs4 few years old any help would be great thanks
