Had first op (triple arthrodesis) done on Wednesday on left ankle. Am still pretty much painless and coping well. The 2nd op, same thing on right ankle is planned for future. Google has some not so nice pics so advise not looking if you have meal in front of you. I finally quit smoking last Monday, about 48 hours before op and do ecigs, have had no urge to smoke so doing great there too.

Had last rollup at 11am yesterday. Found out am allergic to Nicorette patches so only have the Nicorette inhalator and my determination left stopping me from tearing open a new pouch of baccy.
