Hia, i'm seeking some advice on electric RC cars. I used to race them about 6-7 years ago and i'm aware that the technology has advanced quite a bit, theres the new li-po batteries and new brushless motor configurations etc. etc.
I got a Team associated TC 4 ( i think) for christmas and a Schumacher mission and i'm hoping to go to some race meetings, only problem is i sold all my decent batteries ages ago as i knew they would be no use after 6 years of being stored so i need some power.
This is where i'm not too sure, i wasn't gonna bother with li-po as they are very expensive but for the run time you get out of them they are probably the best option and should last me a whole race meeting really, i know i would have to buy another charger too. Can anybody recommend me some a li-po and a charger?
also whats the best way to look after li-pos, regarding discharging and conditioning? i've had a look in the FAQ but its not mentioned.
