  1. iPhone is on EE/Tmobile/Orange -Fully working phone. -slight chip on bottom left of screen -bottom speaker is not very clear, but during phone calls everything works perfect (top ear speaker is perfect) -phone is obviously used scratches n dents can be seen in pictures. Everything else in the phone works perfectly apart from speaker not being very loud. Will also throw in a free slim case & charging wire 160quid posted 150quid pickup I am in west london near heathrow airport.
  2. Sadly not much in the hobby, baja has been in the garage ever since last post. This baja will be going up for sale soon along with all the bits that have came off it + all the upgrades. Any early offers are welcome before it goes up for sale.
  3. Useful set of upgrades there, although I found that it was the easy little things that ended the day sooner then the chunky things breaking like braces. Ofcourse that would follow later -Tape the foams -Make sure all metal to metal contacts (screws) are blue thread locked -Radio gear trims are set right (if not servo's will go dead one time or another) -Killswitch is fully working -Throttle servo opens up the carb fully -Engine is properly tuned -fuel mix/ratio is right If you get the things above right & obviously other simple stuff, you will have a good clean time trying to break your braces.
  4. You cant really say the zr32 is wasted in the hyper, I was pulling 55mph+ with it. However what you can say is it will be best suited in the savage, although it is or was hell of a fun in the hyper 7
  5. Up for sale I have a brand new engine, not much in the hobby anymore so I have it for sale. Proof of purchase can be provided aswell for warranty reasons, engine is in the same condition you can see in the pictures, just one thread in the mounting hole at the bottom has a screw in it, i'm anyone willing can use a kit to take it out. It's brand new, never been run. here is a link to the original page: https://www.gizmomotors.com/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=productdetails&virtuemart_category_id=133&virtuemart_product_id=2272 This engine cost me including the customs & postage in total of
  6. Bowerz the RCMK I had in it & I showed you when you came is a killer engine mate, it's the best bang for the buck. When I ran it with the Bart pipe you have the performance was wicked. I think if you could save up a odd
  7. Hi mate, Hex's look a bit rounded but with a good hex driver they will come out without a problem, plenty of life in them but to be on the safe side you can replace them as god knows how old they are. The fella who had it before me was kieren, who is not the original owner as their is one before him. If you give me a day I can tell you exactly where it was bought from as I still have the original box kieren used to send the 5ive to me in which has a label on it. Should track it down right back to the 1st owner. Sherlock Holmes It's a wicked rc mate you will love it when you run it!
  8. I download at around 16mb per sec which means I can download a 1080p/2GB movie in less than 2 mins.
  9. I would leave the processor & motherboard, both things you have selected are fine. You need a decent cpu cooler, the standard cooler which comes with the cpu will just not cut it when gaming so processor will not run at its best turbo clock. http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-002-EA I would also look into a good brand thermal paste (arctic cooling) as that is the crucial connection between the heatsink & cpu. A decent heatsink is crucial when gaming because the cpu will get hot, and once the system detects it's running at that temperature it would drop the ghz to keep it cool in term reducing performance. As mentioned a decent ssd is crucial, not just to load OS but to save your games on it. You will find the big 20gb+ games will run much more smooth on a ssd than a hdd. The difference in loading times is also insane. Also mentioned is the psu, if you want to stay future ready buying a 700-850 will keep you well prepared for running a bigger graphics card or running sli, the current 550 you selected will not be able to run sli or a bigger card than you have selected. If you can stretch the budget a bit on the graphics card as that's the heart of your gaming, if not they are also sli or crossfire ready so in future you can just pop another one in & bridge it. Another crucial thing for a good system is ventilation, you want to buy 2 120mm fans for the front of the case which suck cool air in & at the back of the case you want 2 120mm fans which sucks the air out. This push pull setup provides consistent cool air in the case for the cpu & graphics card.
  10. Just a small update, I will be dropping the rcmk in this baja tonight & will also get a couple things ordered to do a small rebuild before firing up the beast!
  11. If you don't know what color just go black, later on you can decal it up & will look good as anything. I prefer running my baja without any shells, I just think of it as the plastic shell hiding the beauty of it
  12. I'm using the 0235 & it does not fit the stock casing at all. I did some DIY with heavy duty zip ties and the soldering iron. It's still going strong. Can't remember now but have a look in my build thread & you will see it somewhere in their.
  13. Go for a cheap km and get a rcmk for it, I have one & I used it in a 5ive with a bartalone. It is killer mate explosive & is just as good if not better then similar manufacturers claiming 6-7hp+. Main point is its cheaper but still solid quality & performance. https://www.gizmomotors.com/index.php/online-store/rcmk-air-cooled-engines-and-parts/rcmk-air-cooled-engines2013-03-05-21-30-33/rcmk-full-mod-cr300-30-5-engine-36mm-bore-30mm-stroke-detail
  14. stretch your budget a bit & get the 38cc widowmaker combo from obr with the pipe!
  15. Guess theirs no better feeling of accomplishment then building it yourself!
