You can get up to 75% off your entire package, especially if you have left and want to go back. I'll try to find the details later, but I know a few people that are paying sub
  2. Disagree completely. You have the option to vote, it's not mandatory. People are entitled to abstain, but it doesn't mean they also lose the right to disagree on how the country is run, especially if it conflicts or affects them, which in pretty much all cases it does. I don't vote, i used to, but I gradually got to the realisation that policies that are set to win an election are just that, they are never fully followed through they are there to gain popularity. It's the miss world of the political empire. It's a game, it always will be and every government in power will blame the previous one for the state it's been handed over in. I may not agree with everything, and it's few and far between that I do, and you will never please everyone; well except those that avoid tax through some spurious loophole, live in some kind of haven or form part of the richest part of society. But that same stance has been the same across the main political parties that have ran the country for the last 23 years i've been able to vote.
  3. Al. You might be misreading. It's not something I've bought. It started out as a slight disagreement between friends, I just asked a question.
  4. I don't think its a case of DDM selling clones. For clarity, he hasn't really confirmed where it was purchased from (exactly), my understanding as has been said, is that DDM pipes generally are etched with a logo, and I accept the fact that early V2 didn't have this on (but he only bought it last week) I was just curious and wasn't out to cut him off at the kness so to speak, he's happy with it and thats all that matters I guess. I was just trying to clear up as to how you would know (other than from reputable dealer, not ebay)
  5. I think we may be jumping off on a tangent, like I said he only pointed to freeprawn because I was on the site at the time. Personally, I think he just doesn't want to admit it's possibly a clone.
  6. Me and another mate have asked, he says freeprawn, but he only pointed to it as I was on the site at the time. Other times we asked it was eBay.
  7. I hate being right. Means he just spent
  8. Me and a friend had a small disagreement over genuine exhausts and I wanted to see what the general consensus on this was. I say that genuine dominator v2 exhausts are generally marked/labelled, imprinted on the pipe, he reckons that they are not (having just bought one which isn't marked) i'll stand corrected if I'm wrong, but surely this is the only way to identify the original from a clone.
  9. I am not informed enough to make a judgement either way, but I don't believe for one minute it can be a good thing that the UK alone interfere or in essence become the dictator, there is a sense of irony in that approach. Yet again, the ill informed rattle the preverbial sabre at someone on the other side of the world. Who are we to tell others how to run their country. One thing i will say is we talk about money and what would be spent as a result of any action, but everyone forgets the 11.3bn ODA that we pay out every year to 3rd world countries as a result of eurocrat targets. Shouldn't our own country come first. http://wheredoesmymoneygo.org/bubbletree-map.html#/~/total
  10. You mean this one? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HPI-BAJA-OBR-ENGINE-30CC-WITH-CARB-AIR-FILTER-/181200361868?pt=UK_ToysGames_RadioControlled_JN&hash=item2a3062198c&nma=true&si=O9BPaLDpf9ka%252BhfrTydxxgY5czo%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557 or this relisted one http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HPI-BAJA-OBR-ENGINE-30CC-WITH-CARB-AIR-FILTER/181206034379?_trksid=p2047675.m1850&_trkparms=aid%3D222002%26algo%3DSIC.FIT%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D11%26meid%3D917738181321800562%26pid%3D100011%26prg%3D1005%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D5%26sd%3D181200361868%26

  12. Are you not covered by your house insurance? Do you have any pictures etc? You should be covered for any one single item up to the value of
  13. Took a quick, unplanned trip out there yesterday, seems OK and you are right needs some work (bit of a trek to the car though, so i suspect a pair of bolt cutters and new padlock are in order) I didn't really have much available to use (FG and Savage X in bits, Baja to be delivered, Trophy and XL5.9 need running in), so took my Hyper. Dirtiest my car has ever been.....lol Excuse the video, I never really did like iPhone video.
  14. Thanks Raven, I will check later, as it's in bits in a mates at the moment but I'm pretty sure is the first. So I'm guessing here, replace the carrier/shaft and pads, although the carrier in the link below looks like the first one you posted (the same that I think i have) http://rc-car-online.de/shop/en/products/fg_7497_01-7497-01-rear-brake-2wd-4wd-set.html
  15. I asked a fellow FG'er on here about this a few days ago, but unfortunately he couldn't help. I have the back end off my FG at the moment as I had an issue with my diff, and it appears to have two brake discs (similar to a dual setup on a Savage), but for the life of me I can't find the replacement pads/kit. The manual shows a single disc setup, and using that as the reference point it's this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FG-6044-1-Fibre-Single-Rear-Brake-Disc-Baja-Monster-/400293439400?pt=UK_ToysGames_RadioControlled_JN&hash=item5d335927a8 but I can't find any mention of a dual disc conversion. Can anyone help?
  16. I've never had any issues with stuff from: http://www.gpmracing-parts.com/shop/index.php The other aspect (and I've seen this before) is that some people don't remove the original plate before installing the front and rear skid plates, and sit them ontop, therefore when you come to install the centre plate it's lifted.
  17. Although I agree, does it really matter? It was bought as a present by his GF.
  18. I'm lucky to get socks....... Still waiting for my missus after 20 years to understand what I actually like.......
  19. This is the registered adress against their domain. The fact it has a PO Box screams scam... UK Fantastic Ltd PO Box 187 Kingston-upon-Hull HU9 1XT United Kingdom
  20. Miraculously, they phoned me twice afterwards too. I didn't have the patience at all to keep them on the line.
  21. Personally, if it was me I would pick up a decent spec (with spares) 1/8 Hyper 7 .21 or TQ2 second hand for around
  22. Nitro are not to bad in poor weather, providng you are not immersing them in water and give them a good spray down in GT85 before you go out. But as has been said HPI Trophy Buggy/Truggy are in essence "waterproof", but I would take that with a pinch of salt. Waterproof receiver/battery box Waterproof laydown steering servo Waterproof throttle/brake servo
  23. Same here, been waiting for an air filter from him/them since beginning of June. Ended up speaking to Integy direct and they don't have any stock until September. Wouldn't you expect an RC shop to know that....or at least find out. They NEVER reply to emails.
  24. I ordered some stuff from HK (supposedly in the UK) at the beginning of August, I still haven't had the delivery.
