  4. cheers for the directions m8 now whens the next planed meetup?? i can offer tripod camera photos and videos if its alright with everyone for my first group bash then i plan to bring me monter truck and firestorm to the bash after that one

  8. yeah i thought this would help it suck air in around the filter, we thought it would stop restricting the air like in other splash proof covers? u done anything to waterproof your firestorm by the way?
  9. me and my dad are in the process of lookin to get a good piece of land to use for bashing, its goin to be central between edinbrough and glasgow, had some requests from a model shop in stirling if we find it ill put the location up in here or in other threads.

  11. hi need some advice we have tried tocreate a waterproof cover for the airfilter with holes in the bottom to allow air in, weve tested it of the car and it works fine but it dosent allow water in, we put it on the car and started it up but a couple seconds after start it keeps dieing we tried 5 times then we removed the cover it ran it normal. Is it not getting enough air in? we had plenty of holes all along the bottom, if there is something else wrong what is it? any one got any ideas? jordan
  12. or try investigating how much torqe the servo is producing....it might not be producing enough for the wheels to steer on the ground
  13. ive just siliconed over the big hole with the wires goin into the box....and ive done the same to the battery box aound the edge i am going to test it soon once its dry. i also suggest getting a covered airfilter..such as one from the bullet truck or truggy, aswell as a rubber cover for the switch ive heard aswell that u put some silicon on the bottom of the switch but never looked underneath it
