  1. Clearing out all my RC stuff. Here for sale are some brand new MT4 G3 wheels and tyres. Bought them years ago but never used them. Please note these are splines and not the hex. Looking for £50 plus approx £7 postage. Buyer pays fees if paying via PayPal. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Definitely can’t post? I’d have it at £650 if you were willing to post. I’m near stoke so not close! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Hey guys Anyone know of any good bashing sites in Crewe or Nantwich or anywhere not too far from there? Was looking at the pump track in Queens Park in Crewe.... Cheers James Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I still have my two plus the st4 g3. They hardly get used though due to time which is a shame, I keep considering selling up. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Sorry for the delay in replying! I've been away for a week on a mountain leader course and spent the last couple of days catching up. How did the meets go? I started off on the a200 and slowly worked through the systems
  6. Ah did you! I thought you had assumed I knew the Peak just cos I lived here [emoji23] thanks for taking a look. Which Sony do you have? I have too many things I like doing. So photography is now my job but it still takes up a lot of personal time. I also like to mountain bike! So I am forever trying to juggle stuff. Winter is never good either with short days etc. I went there on a weekday and got booted, think it’s probably more likely to have lots of staff on at the recycling place. I reckon evenings and weekends are better with less staff around (didn’t have a problem before). I’ll keep them dates in mind there used to be loads of places to bash round here but they’ve closed loads of the quarries off. middle peak quarry looks interesting...it has a public footpath through it so it’ll never be closed! 7. Also I’m afraid I can’t make that meet it’s been a year since I’ve been out to the day yesterday. Too long. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. I know the Peak like the back of my hand but not sure I’d want to bash at most spots as I’d feel the eyes burning at me (and to be fair I think if it was somewhere busy I wouldn’t like to see it myself). I always look for man made places so like quarries etc of which we have a few. There is an awesome place in Darley Dale (see below) next to Enthovens but I got kicked off before because it’s private land that is “contaminated” with a 2 foot fence to stop people! You can tell it’s clearly used by MTBs and BMX etc. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Anyone find any good spots since this post? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I used to live in Pinxton and would often go to the rugby club in Somercotes. Check there out. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. I drive by alfreton park weekly. Anything decent there? Looking for jumps. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Thanks. Either a wr8 or a mt4 G3. Need jumps Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Does anyone know any good bashing spots around the above areas? Even if it's further into the Peak District? Got moved on from my usual spot in Darley Dale today and was gutted to find my backup plan which was an old quarry has also been closed.
  14. Get some Jazrider alu ones and that'll solve it Tarmac can be pretty hard on cars if you flip them etc. Hard ground. Grass is the easiest going. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. I did this. Twice. New motor I'm afraid. I think I got mine from JennyRc on eBay in the US. I thought I had meshed the spur and pinion correctly but clearly not. So check this next time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. I think I wanted black but at the time there wasn't stock in everything I wanted so went for the gunmetal. Also I think the steering rack was a different make hence the slight variation in colour. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. My picture? It is. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  19. Search Jazrider wr8 on eBay Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Some parts fit but not all. Obviously the bullet has double suspension arms etc so it's just worth double checking. A lot of parts are common though such as hubs/bearings etc and it's worth searching bullet when searching for alloy upgrades. Alloy arms look good but alloy doesn't flex so it doesn't absorb the impact on landings. This is bad for two reasons, that shock will transfer to other (potentially weaker parts) and it will break them and in the worst case the alloy will just snap if it's a big enough impact. Plastic is designed to take that absorption so it actually sort of ends up being tougher plus when it does break it's a cheaper fix.
  21. I can't believe since rebuilding my WR8 almost 18 months ago I've used it roughly 3 times! I really need to get my act together and have a bash with it. Although I do love my monster trucks. Also, are people having problems with the forums? Particularly logging in or getting permission errors?
  22. It's cheap that's for sure. I'd be cautious of the shocks in case they don't offer any improvement or maybe they'd even be worse as the stock ones are decent enough. Ignore the alloy arms as they're always a bad idea to install. I just bought all jazrider parts when I did mine.
  23. Hell of a jump for such a small car. Now to land it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. I've never snapped a body post and I'm prone to rolling. Mine are a little less straight than they used to be but still function! Did it twice. Can only assume I didn't mesh right. Think you or one of the guys gave me a better trick to doing it though than the usual paper trick - seems smoother when rolling now but haven't taken it out at all. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. I've got a clone too and was wondering whether to use it. I take it don't roll the car too much or risk breaking it? I've upgraded lots of mine with alloy parts except the arms. Haven't been out with it in ages, kept snapping motor shafts. Almost darent go now! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
