Are try that but when I try lean the LSN any more the revs hang, The only difference I can think of when the idel weren't screwed right in was before I done the bearing mod to the carb

Hello My pro mx in my losi 5 at bashfest very nearly had a lean seize I think I was flat out on the oval then suddenly lost power and died, I checked the plug and it was quite white!and also had no spark so I changed plug and it sparked, But it still wouldent start or even fire. In the end I tipped abit of petrol down the plug hole and still no,so I then primed it loads and held the throttle at wot and pulled a lot!! Eventually it started to cough into life, Now that day I had been on the car in quite warm weather hammering it for an hour racing, So when I did get it going I rich earned the h speed up and it went fine but won't tick over for long even now,I've since put a new ring in but t still won't idel for long till it stalls. The engines only done 5 hours from new. Also my idel screw is screwed right in and it has been for way before bashfest and ran fine but now I need to increase the idel I carnt. Also the tune has always been the same and were never altered before or for bashfest but then I've never ran so hard,do you think it just over heated

I don't run with the undergard on atall and haven't since last bashfest. This bashfest just gone grass kept collecting under my dom exhaust all the time,I had to keep blowing it of with the airline,it nearly caught fire 3 times lol,but that was when I had elcons on when I put hostiles on it was a lot better

Get a dominator rear pipe on it,will free up the max power the engine will produce as the stock pipe restricts the engine quite abit,then your find out what loud is lol

Yeah since mmr largescale was sold from Ian and Scotty,I've never orderd online from them,at bashfest I kind of had to as they were the only ones with losi parts buy the service was rubbish even in person,havering to wait for one part for about half hour as he'd go serve someone els first when I was first. Mmr modeltech only do engines noe(Ian and Scotty)and there faultless,when they owned mmr largescale I spent a lot with them and it was always spot on

As said a good pipe(I got the bzm as it's not stupid loud)will make a few more ponies,or a head kit but it would still need a pipe to get the max

Sorry to hyjack your thread but my idel screw is also screwed in all the way,low speed is at 1 and the high is 1 1/2 and my plugs still quite white.the hs was at one but at bashfest I very nearly had a lean seize so had to Richen it up, If the throttle linkage is set up incorrectly would that affect the idel screw
