I have a few almost new items for a 1/10 brushless set up. Firstly I have a spektrum dx3e for sale, pretty much brand new only used once or twice. Comes with transmitter, Sr300 receiver and a s200 digital servo. Looking for
  2. Good luck with the new pull start
  3. Are nitro cars pretty water resistant? Need to get it tuned but the floor outside is wet.

  4. I have a TT EB4 S3 and the adjusting of the idle is the same on mine, full throttle to adjust then check. It's a trial and error but it's the safest way.
  5. Didn't know that place existed either, looks good
  6. Sounds awesome, would be nice to have somewhere to go to bash on a track and socialise Let me know what happens, would be nice to see this come together.
  7. Is the glow plug fully screwed in? If it is, loosen it half a turn to a full turn then try starting it as normal, makes it easier to pull so you should break it less.
  8. If you get a message from PayPal, don't click the links just go to the PayPal official website, if there are any notifications they will show somewhere on your overview. It's not worth risking your account by being lazy and clicking a link Too many kids with access to these phishing experts who exploit them for pocket money -. -
  9. No courier has ever been on time to my house, they are either always weeks late or not at all. I tend to only buy things I can collect for this reason. Never had one on time delivery. Just my luck though I guess ;D
  10. Off to Manchester to pick up my pull start soon, might grab another to keep as a spare..
  11. Yeah, I will ring them soon. They have no starter boxes in anyway May have to go to Manchester to buy a new pullstart from model zone D:
  12. Yeah I have done it several times now in 2 weeks D: I hope to god it fires up too, I don't want to go again haha. Do you think Rossendale model shop will buy almost brand new electric parts from me to sell on as pre-owned? Would cover the cost of my new starter if they could.
  13. Will shoot you a text as soon as I know what's going on. Need to fire up the engine and see if it works, if not its hopefully a quick trip to the model shop before heading out to see you. If all that fails its off to Manchester with the other half >.>
  14. Haha yeah. I have a traxxas ez start lying around but don't have the wires or box, otherwise I would have tried that
  15. It's all good, I'm new too so don't have the part around yet I figured out its my glow plug being just too tight causing my cord to snap. Will hopefully have better luck in the morning.
  16. Eb4 s3 with just a snapped pull start for
  17. My car still isn't going, my pull start snapped yet again.. No idea why but it's time for electric starter I guess. Neither of you have a bump starter do you? One that sits under the car, universal one? Haven't fully got it started yet since I got it so not sure how or if it will run properly and if it doesn't, I need to fix it.
  18. Seems kinda like there is just decent pressure in the engine, when it's trying to start it has short easy pulls. I tried taking the spark plug out and pulling the cord while the car is upside down but nothing came out. Tried the same with the car on its exhaust to expel any from in there, small dribble but nothing really. Any other ways to drain the engine?
  19. Replaced the cord and yet again, snap! Definitely a starter box is in order.. Just have to buy one before I can finally use my car
  20. I moved the throttle open and primed the car again, it sounded promising but my pull start snapped again, guess its time for an electric starter.
  21. I have bought my first nitro car (second hand) and have given it a check over, everything seems fine now I have replaced things, new fuel tubing and pull start to be exact. I have a glow starter that is slightly charged, it glows the plugs bright so I know they are working but the engine doesn't want to y and start. The engine turns over when I pull the cord and I have primed the carb, could itbe an almost flat starter that is causing it to not ignite? The glow starter is on charge so I will check again in a few hours before I go to bed (6 hours) but what else could be causing this? I'm not getting air bubbles and my needles are set to factory settings (will redo them again to be sure).
  22. This. Haha I may be coming over after all this Tomorrow. Fixed the pull start myself and my fuel lines, just waiting for the glow igniter to charge so I can see if it starts (it's a second hand model). Wish me luck!
  23. Yeah I have all that, just missing wires and a box with a button on it. Any idea where I could get those?
