    Thanks for the replay guys. I don't think crude was holding them in place but who knows.. It's possible some mud was acting as a glue? There weren't any washers when I removed the windows! Damo77... I think what you said is my problem but I'm not happy about the nut or bolt coming into direct contact with the perspex windows so I'm going to pad the hinge out with duct tape like hebby suggested. Thanks for the help peeps.

    Hello, me again. Asking for help again. Basically I stripped my baja down to give it a good clean, I took the uber rc windows off. When I took them off the plastic hinges/brackets held them in place nicely without the windows sliding up and down the roll cage. Now I have put the baja back togetherand replaced the old hinges with bra nd new ones of the same size but now the stupid things slide up and down the roll cage freely but I want them to stay in place like they did before. What am I doing wrong?

    I must admit, I was expecting a perfect fit for the price. They do seem a bit expensive for a plastic bumper BUT I trust the opinion of the guys on here and it was their feedback that convinced me they were worth the money. I won't hold this bad machining/work against uber though as it does look like someone was in a rush on a Friday or maybe a new employee was being trained and slipped.. we've all been there at some point! Thanks for the contact details sphinx. Do you think they will deal with me as I got these from wheelspin and I would really rather not have to deal with them on this.

    Hello chaps, I received my uber bumpers front chains brace and rear today. I've just gone to install the read bumper and found one of the holes don't line up and one of bottom corners is mis shaped. Is this a common thing with uber bumpers?

    Touch wood* all goes well today I should be able to fit my new uber bumpers to my baja, fit the battleswitch, paint and fit my new reinforced alu rollcage and I may finally get to drive my baja for the first time! YAY.

    just opened up the ansmann w6 I got off here because 2 of the buttons werent clicking when pressed only to find the ariel isnt connected to anything. No wonder it wouldnt bind!

      Hopefully fix it but I don't know if that will work. The previous owner sold it to me in full working immaculate condition. Looked at the edge of the casing and I find sticky gunk between where the two parts of the case meet. I looked closer at the circuit board and find gunk all over it and the components. Not very happy at the moment, I bought it because I needed a cheap 3ch but once I get the soldering Iron
