The fail safe works fine i brought 24 AA batteries for the beast Duracell ones anyways its the transmitter and reciever which it not working well it is under a 4 feet radius! i need a new controller and receiver and transmitter ive been looking on ebay but i dont no which one will be ok for my car?

Right then peeps My sexy new cyclone pro came though the post for me at work today and i was soo buzzing! so like most of you probs did was start it up having no idea what your doing like myself and hoping it would just work? yeah no... basically not only did i start it the power went to full speed i was crapping myself thinking it would of bunt out so theres my mate holding the car in mid air screaming TURN THE ****ING THING OFF! the only was i turned it off was squeezing the fuel pipe thrilled it turned off to be honest! (quick thinking there ) so then i red though all the long and boring instructions because lets face it guys we are men and we think we have theses powers that can fix any sort of issues yeah well... we dont u just tell your misses u have so i took it outside and put it back to factory settings and turned the main vavle? 4 turns then i had to set the black bolt? all i no it as to 1mm gap so all was happy yay! it was starting up and not moving well was a little, so then i fitted my failsafe for a novice i thought i mastered that one after that i moved away 4 foot and the red light on my fail safe was a solid red GREAT... basically i came to the conclusion my remote was crap and needed replacing now i may aswell as EVERYONE what would you do if you was a novice and had no idea what you where doing? ive been told a few things one being, sell it? NO! Kick it? NO! and the last one was pure funny... let your mom have a gander at it! FAIL! so i need anyone to help me with the issues im having have fun reading this essay was annoying writing the dam thing!!

Only just brought the cyclone pro its comes already built ect will i only need to put the fuel in it then obv use the glow stick to start it up? or will i need to add other things? First time to all of this! hoping to get better and then upgrade the car in the near future please help Thank you

wow, thats alot to take in basically i've brought it from ebay, the guy that sold it to me for £140 said its never been used before basically brand new unwanted present his wife brought him last week so hes selling it on, he posted it yesterday so im guessing it should arrive at my work place early monday morning, im completely new to rc nitro cars i have used a petrol one in the past but because i was only 16 back then i didnt really have much due care and attension for it, however now im almost 21 i would like to start it all back up so i did some researching on nitro cars and found this bargin i suppose you could say the pack i brought comes with, starter glow plug set,1/2 gallon of fuel which looks to be 16%? the controlle and obv the car i also have invested in the failsafe which should arrive monday also, for the first week or so im just going to get the feel for the car and how it runs then i'm going to need to find something online on how to look after them ect hopefully then entering races when i've upgraded it, but thanks alot for the help and ill be sure to keep you in mind if i need any sort of help with the car if you have msn? feel free to add me at: [email protected] Thank you again!

Thanks for your feedback Im a complete newb to all this so i did some research to goodish begginers cars and thats what came up i brought it yesterday hope it arrives by monday at work ive orders my failsafe for it as ive been told thats the best thing to do incase of the radio signal cutting out so thats sorted im also thinking about buying a new shell? does it come pre built the shell or will it invole being made if you no what i mean? i will be buying white spray paint and then spray paining the bonet black with hopefully some nice black wheels if you find any good black wheels for this model can you please send me the link via this thread Thank you very much

Haha i think its going to be more fun me attempting to make a shell myself! lol soon see if it turns out right ill just buy some nice white spray paint and then coat the bonnet in black? with black wheels? what do u think
