  1. Sorry, I'm an idiot, and I can't find it. Don't suppose you could give me a link? Edit: Ah. I found it. And I can already tell you now, I will NOT BUY THAT CAR! Sorry. Me and my cousin both bought car's with that chassis, and they have ENDLESS problem's. Not buying another one, not EVER!
  2. I have decided I would like to build a kit car. I my preference would be a rally car, but please make other suggestions, for around 150 quid. I quite like the look of this. What does it not come with, and is it a pre-painted bodyshell? Help?
  3. Thank's Nitro. We took it to Red line hobbies. The guy there sorted everything out. He said he would clean out the engine, and do all the repairing and stuff. I would have done it myself, but I don't have my work shop nor a manual and I don't do nitro.
  4. OK. Thanks guy's. Do bear in mind that I know NOTHING about ANYTHING to do with nitro RC's. So what is the difference between a glow-plug, and a glow-stick? And is the glow - plug the little pointy - upy bit, in the middle of the nodgely engine bit? My termanoligy is amazing, I know.... I also need to know other things like: If the glowlug is good, how long before it starts to glow? Is it alright to let fuel sit in the tank between runs? And how many pull's on the cord does it ussually take to start up?
  5. So me and my cousin found an old Protech phaser 4. We found the fuel and the old glow-plug, but no instructions. So: How do you tell if a glowplug is working or not? How many times does it take to start up a nitro RC? And how do you drain fuel out of the tank, If the buggy isn't being used? Thanks.
  6. I had a look at yor thought's guy's, and I think it's A Protech Phaser 4. Look at this. They are practically identical!
  7. So I'm at my Auntie's house right now, and my older cousin has an old RC buggy. So I cleaned it , oiled it, and all that jazz. But we have no idea what it is. What is this RC, and is it Nitro, or Gas? I think it's Nitro, but my cousin seems convinced that it's gas. Here, here, here, here, and here.
  8. I was waiting for someone to say that. Some people have ignored the fact that I said "stock" from the MS website anyway, so I shouldn't worry.
  9. I would have This for Electric. This for Nitro. And This for petrol. I know the Petrol one is a kit. That's half the idea.

    Dream RC?

If you could have any stock RC on the Modelsport uk website, which would it be? Not sure why, I'm just interested.
  11. I'll be sure to put up some pic's of my little cove. It's still in development at the moment.
  12. Ok.... What is the threaded end, and what do you mean by "running true". When you say "check the bearing are seated properly" do you mean make sure they are in there place? Sorry. I'm not farmiliar with technical term's.
  13. Yeah. Although I have noticed that one of the wheel has about 1/2mm wobble on it. Anything that I should be concerned about?
  14. I recived a Losi Micro DT today! So much fun! I'll be uploading some pic's soon.
  15. Ordered! Thank's for all the advice guy's.
  16. Yeah, just gotta get around to ordering it....
  17. Yeah, that was half the idea. I think I've made my mind up though.
  18. This is almost EXACTLY what I'm looking for! Does anyone know if Losi has a bad name, or are they fairly well thought of?
  19. I want a small cheap drifter which I can put in it's box, then into my backpack and go somewhere with it. Although, is it worth the extra
  20. I went to the drift on road section on that site, and it was the only one there.
  21. Does anyone know if this is reasonable, or is rubbish? http://www.nitrotek.co.uk/1-16-flying-fish-electric-rc-drift-car-2-4ghz.html
  22. Dirt cheap? RC car's? Think about it! BTW thanks to all the people who suggested idea's.
