Well workmen have cancelled so I will be coming along tomorrow as near to 12 as I can

Oh right so is the tinning the part when you put a bit of solder on the the tip of the iron before you solder?

Cheers mark the thing I don't understand about tinning is putting a bit of solder on first seems to be only the same as soldering the wires, why do you need to tin the wires and how do you do it and still get a neat finish?

Right this may sound like a stupid question but can I solder copper wire to silver/nickel wire?

Well I promised the wife I would try to sell one of my cars as I got a new hyper ss. I did try but it never made the reserve price so now I get to keep it. Well I did keep my end of the bargain and try.
