go on oOple, it 95% bashers on here,while on opple it all racers 1/10th electric,that the best place to get a timing system,ask on there.

if you do have issues,then a powercap sorted out mine,but it was only needed with certain servos

there loads of kits,but they dont come with engines,and you have to build the gearboxes ect,but dont worry it easy enough,kits mean you can choose the servos,engines ect,so decide what scale and type of car and just look though the online model shops,there tell you if it kit,rtr,artr in the description.

try a life 6.6v battery,no regulator needed ,i use lipos and a reg,no problem,long run times,i use 1200mah,but 1600mah ussally fit nice as well

there just cheap weak engines,made to be cheap,so simply save up and buy a decent engine.kosyho make cars,not engines,these are desinged to get the rtr package made as cheap as possible

you wont know what the alpha like till you run a 10 to 15 tanks though it,i heat cycle the engines{look it up on goggle},so can put the 12 tanks though in 30 mins,if you dont it a couple of hours to run those 10 though,increasing the revs with each tank.

if the alapha only had 2 tanks it aint run in properly,there both quick engines.you seem to know the history of both engines,you dont race,so the choice is yours,

even if a 2650kv {castle} you should be able to get 15 mins,we use a 6000mah nanotec and get 20 mins on dirt just and 20 mins on astro,

if you dont race dont worry about the pipe a jp4 will do the trick.

if you remove the ventrui,then your get more revs,if you used a 6.5mm vventrui your get more tourque,a slight retune will proberly be needed,

ok 2 ways to go,lean clockwise and richen anti clockwise on the hsn,i try richening 1st just a 1/8 of a turn a time,if it gets worse,try the outher way
