hi you still selling your REVO?
  5. Hi this maybe late but you still selling your REVO, Thanks
  6. Sorry to get back so late but thanks to everyone for their info. I just bought a VOM waiting for it to arrive plus I'm buying another regulator so will let you know how it goes
  7. Yes it is a 4S so there is a good chance I have blown it but having said that everything else still works, the 12V terminal on the right works, the battery checker works when you push the button, the only thing not working is the dial for the glow plug and I have added the link to which panel I own. http://www.towerhobbies.com/products/duratrax/dtxp5770.html Do you still think I've blown it and it can't be repaired, I'm thinking if I change the voltage regulator with a better one maybe it may fix my problem... What do you think?!
  8. Meaning to invest in one always find myself in a spot sometimes wishing I had one at hand so will probably buy one soon. Regarding Lipo I have a low voltage checker/alarm, I did try something in an unorthodox way to check how much voltage was coming out of the panel, I have a balance charger which can take external power in and requires between 11-18V DC to work so I used the the starter box panel plugged into the glow plug socket to send power to the balance charger and it came on!! So now I'm thinking it is giving out too much voltage?!
  9. That's probably a good idea but I don't have a voltage reader, any other way to check voltage without having to buy one?
  10. I'm pretty certain it is as I have 2 connections on the panel and they both state clearly what they are , the right show's clearly it's "12V" and the left says "Plug" so unless they have been mixed up which I doubt, I do have one theory and I think it maybe be my lipo
  11. Hi Guys I have a starter box with a power panel and never really used my ignitor plugged to the power panel to glow my plugs, until the other day, I running my starter off a lipo battery and even if I put the settings to low it will still blow my plug. Is this normal when using lipo, I'm thinking the lipo may just give too many volts which is blowing it or do I just have a faulty panel, either way how can I fix this? Thanks guys in advance
  12. Ok it would be better if you did your own research on the net as there is a lot of info on hacking your GT3B as I won't remember everything, but basically to mention a couple the GT3B suffered with some expo issue's, the firmware hack resolves this problem, it has a annoying beep which starts once your battery voltage goes down to 9.0V, the firmware hack can lower the volts plus you can switch off the beep, you can also customize the buttons so there are a lot of benefits plus more.
  13. Thanks mate ... yea couple don't work on mobile because of the syndication regarding copyright on youtube, I just need to change the music, couldn't find one I like yet so will change it soon as well as the others.

  15. Thanks for all your input I've decided to go with just a fuel filter seems like its the more sensible option
  16. Yea it's apparently a fuel filter as well but I'm more interested in the pressure stabilizer part if that really makes a difference?
  17. Looking to buy "Answer-RC Fuel Filter Cooler Pressure Regulator" pic included http://www.msuk-forum.co.uk/gallery/image/21059-answer-rc-fuel-filter-cooler-pressure-regulator-with-mount-red/ Now I've read a whole load of different opinions on these... Some say it should be fitted between fuel ine and carb? Some say it should be fitted between exhaust and tank? Some say they don't work? etc etc. I'd really like to hear from you guys and get your opinion whether these are a good investment or not. Thanks in advance
  18. Your welcome mate Don't forget to rate it if you like it

  20. Hi My HSN holder when I was running it last and this was after about half an hour became loose, I tried tightening it but it kept on coming loose. I do know that the HSN should not be fully tightened and only by one or two turns once you feel the tension, So what should I do to fix this, is it a good idea to use thread locker or green slime, I'm not sure at this point? Thanks naz
  21. Thanks for all your input... Yea I decided to buy some deans wet noodle 12 gauge, sort of did some reading and found this would be the right size, will also get the push fit spade terminal connectors for a nice clean fit. I also stuck to bullet connectors as this is already fitted to the Lipo and by reading about them they seem to be a good connector to use as well as what has been mentioned, don't think there is any need to cut of perfectly good connectors hence why I went with them.
  22. So you reckon I should change them to deans wet noodle for better running?
