As said, very tough truggys, and can be picked up fairly cheap, I have just won a X1 CRT Pro for £70, it came with a Innovate-rc extended chassis, innovate rc shock towers, CNC'd rear uprights,JP-4 exhaust, Spektrum servo's, spare chassis, loads of brand new in packet spares and enough used spares to nearly build another full car!

From previous experiances it looks like the piston has seized up in the bore at highish revs, could be down to heat, oil content in the fuel or bad tuning, also the conrod bushings look like they have seen a fair bit of heat, i have just replaced a rod on a 4 gallon old engine and the bushings were still brass coloured

Did the same yesterday, full speed head on into a post, bent both center driveshafts! It apears that the chassis flexed, bending the shafts and returned back to normal shape lol, after seeing it happen i honestly thought it was game over, 5 mins later after straightening the shafts she was back out tearing up the grass!

Up for sale is my Hyper 7 Black edition as a roller, i bought this new in the 2nd week of jan this year, have all the original box and manuals, It is in very good condition, just the usual marks you get from general bashing around, tank has melted slighty where my tuned pipe touched it but does not leak, it also requires the center driveshafts as i need these for another hyper i have. it comes with 2 shells, the original black edition shell, its been cut for easier pullstart access, also a new metalic red shell, which has not yet been used. Included is a set of on-road tyres and a set of Nanda Blocks which have only been used once. I have also fitted a front anti roll bar kit. High downforce spoiler The diffs have been cleaned of the original grease that comes in from the factory and replaced with silicone diff oils, 5k front 7k center and 1k rear. As said, this will come as a roller and requires a engine, exhaust, radio gear and a steering servo and center driveshafts. I am looking for £120 or maybe a Truggy roller I am located in Leicester, collection prefered but can post if buyer requests.

Still have the hyper 7 spider diff? if so is it the center or front/rear?

If its looking like its overheating i would deffo richen it up a bit, safer to be too rich than too lean, some fuels are very smokey even if you are running lean!

i had the same problem blowing plugs when running in, turned out the lsn was set very lean out of the box! I alsohad the smoke/steam off the head which points to this, sign of over heating

Anyone else had pullstart problems with there hyper 7 black? I have only put 6 tanks through it and the pull start feels like its slipping half way through a pull
