  1. I was out in the snow yesterday, went to a dryish disused petrol station just to power slide for fun when the car started cutting out and then I heard a pop from the esc and it no longer switches on, I've left it in rice, sprayed more corrosionx on it but it does nothing, I still get the usual spark when I plug it in but I don't have a volt meter to test any circuits at the moment so is there anything anyone could suggest? Also thinking it was the switch, I cut the cable and tied the switch together, it still makes no difference Please help and let me know if there's any life left in this esc Thanks Jay Sent from my XT890 using Tapatalk 2

  7. For Sale is my HPI Apache C1 Based on the Championship winning Hot Bodies D8, This is one of the fastest buggies on the market. It is also one of the most realistic rc cars on the market, featuring a fully painted carbon fiber look cockpit and led pods for headlights if you ever wanted to fit them The Apache C1 is the same as the HPI Vorza except it uses a truggy chassis, making it the largest 1/8 buggy on the market, and gives it more ground clearance to tackle long grass. It has had a few upgrades including XERun 150A ESC HPI Tork 2200kv Brushless Motor Also included is 2x Turnigy 5000mah 3s lipos Turingy Accucell upto 6s LiPo Charger Brand new 2.4 GHz radio system Now on ebay http://cgi.ebay.co.u...em=321085379776 Jay

  13. Im not great with soldering, i was wondering whether thats was the right gauge wire to handle 6s Also do you guys think this is a better decision then? When i get a refund for those lipos i sent back to giantshark, i'll buy a turnigy a spec 5000mah 65-130C 6s lipo Jay
  14. That sort of thing but the opposite way round, 2 female deans to 1 male deans or a female deans plug that's got a loop so you can bypass a connection Jay
  15. My last car was a losi 8ight T running on 6s lipos, i enjoyed its mad speeds! I've got an RMA from giantshark and im returning them for a gens ace 50c 5000mah 6s lipo, i checked the amp rating, i forgot what it was now but its more than enough, and thats the next one i'm buying. The turingy ones don't have deans connectors Also ive got another question, On the MMM ESC, theres 2 deqans connectors, i need a plug with a 10 gauge cable to bypass one of those plugs, does anyone know where i could purchase one? Thanks Jay
  16. No i mean when i go out i'll have all 6 packs on me which is theoretically 6600mah, but how long they last between changes?
  17. The speed passion rs2 is pretty quick, and makes a good starter car, parts are replacable from the hpi firestorm and its quite cheap as well Jay
  18. I bought 6 gens ace 2200mah 55C 3s lips, now I'm having second thoughts about running times, how long would they take to die? I'm running 6s using 2 batteries Thanks Jay
  19. Looks great, what I'm really looking for is just the headlights and tail lights as due to the fact its a class 1 buggy, indicators would look out of place, thanks for the website, that multi function kit looks well good Jay
