basically mate I went outside mixed my fuel 25:1 filled her up primed 4 manly pumps choke on pulled a few times but never got a fart so tried again and not oncedid it fart so choke off tried again nothing plug out sopping wet

so the piston wont hit the head without the copper?

I was thinking of putting the paper before and after john and yeah arrow on the piston points to the zorst and the grove and gap in the ring at the carb side what about the woodruff key how does that seat flat side down or round side down

tell you what I will do though ill take my stihl saw to it if it don't crack up tomorrow

spark looks fine mate just wouldn't even fart with choke on I just took the copper gasket off and nipped evrythin up turned flywheel by hand and it turns fine

can I not ditch the copper gasket then ? I didn't reset the carb settings no

im extremely peed off

it seems so far everythin I did has been done right what about the woodruff key how should that be seated or is their only one way it will go in I just wanna cove all angles as to why it keeps flooding

And also the fuel lines. Am i right in saying the black pipe is the return and that goes to the top of carn and the clear one goes to the bottom

Guys im proper stuck. I got in late went to start it up and nothing. Think i flooded it ha. Took my filter off and the plastic is wet with petrol and petrol was dripping out the exhauset. So ive stripped it down Gonna start it again. Q. The bigbore kit come with a copper gasket and i got a set of gaskets. Do i put the copper and paper gasket on together. Or just the copper? Also the piston ring. Does the gap go to the front. The carb side So yeah. Not even had time to smash it today. Gutted

ive had no problems with the one from rc models easy to install and works as it should
