will be using hpi plazma 7.4v 5300mah batteries,turnigy 5.2 7.4v batteries the stock set up is fast enough for me although a little extra never goes amiss;)

hey guys not sure how many of you own the bullet but im gonna ask for some advice anyway! been running for couple of months now already had motor/esc replacement getting frustrated as motor gets hot and its only a matter of time before they go again needs an upgrade because seriously this car is not far from being perfect! i dont think it needs to go to 3s but it needs just a tad more and definatley needs some reliability as it feels like your running on the limit all the time what motor/esc combos would you guys recommend reliability being king? any help appreciated=)

definately not worth the aggro without foam inserts, why would you not want them anyway? have you ever used builders expanding foam? the stuff is a complete nightmare and will stick to everything then goes off rock hard!

just ordered a tin got a new bodyshell from hpi clearance corner too bargain!

is the stock desert buggy lipo capable , if not where to get cheap standard batts to fit stock charger, ive got a decent lipo charger but its deans

the ascot rec is just off fernbank rd which is just off london rd well worth a visit

can anyone recommend super tough bodyshells for my bullet st flux. the hpi ones whilst looking pretty cool dont stand up to the abusive driving that i put it through!!the rest of the car stands up to it just fine. ive been recommended the schumacher havoc bodyshell. what else seems to stand up to some punishment?

are you lot still going on!!! people are entitled to give their opinions good bad whatever. they are also entitled to give their opinions wherever they want to. learn to live with it cause you aint gonna change it

thanks for the info im always respectful of others thats one reason for running electric:) i would consider becoming a member but i think they run 1/8th nitro

too much money for the risk is my conclusion. let you all know how I think the turnigys are when ive used a few. still cant believe the price:) awesome

at the moment i have 2 hpi plazma 5300mah 7.4v batteries which are good for about 30min bashing in my bullet st flux. ive seen 13000mah lipos from maxamps claiming 81min average runtimes!!! has anyone used these and are they any good or should i stick to the plazmas? power is not too much of an issue im really just after the long runtimes!

ive had it for afew weeks now superb bit of kit . bought two hpi plazma 5300mah lipos togo with it and have been driving back to the car still working on most occasions. both the motor and speedo get quite hot so i would recommend 10min breaks between batteries. after about 15/20 packs had been trough it the motor/speedo burnt out hpi replaced both, just send in the old ones replacements were with me in a couple of days no questions asked. great two year warranty that comes with it but why not have a reliable motor/ speedo in the first place?must be costing them a fortune! think im gonna upgrade next time it happens! not much else has broke on it bad driving not included=)

apex models is only a couple of miles away from me so ive not had to order online from them just go to the shop............ wish it wasnt though expensive,arrogant and unhelpfull staff.......dont get me started!!!!

hi peoples im new to msuk and to rc racing/bashing in general! i bought the bullet flux/st version recently and after afew evenings/weekends of bashing i think i need to start upgrading got the rc bug big time now!!!! trouble is there dont seem to be many options available. firstly im going to get the spektrum 2.4ghz radio system also the bodyshell is now completely mashed i need somethihg tougher and dont want to pay
