  1. Looks like the hobao reliability is sorted. No broken shafts for 21 races and 2 practise sessions. New c hubs and hubs can take a beating aswell before they break

  3. they were awesome to race. sounded like a load of dustbin lids going round a track but great fun. I reckon would be even better nowadays with modern brushless and lipos

  7. We are a new Carpet Racing Club starting in Norwich, Norfolk. We mainly race 1/1oth touring cars with slick tyres such as Sorex or sweep but any on-road rubber tyre is permitted. We also get drifters come along aswell. Basically aslong as there are enough of a class to have a race and the car won't damage the carpet we will accommodate everyone. The surface we run on is Primafelt GT racing carpet and the meeting is run by an AMB timing system. ?We are commitee run so anything that people want changing or if someone has a suggestion we won't just ignore it, it will be discussed.   9. Have you got the longer ball studs on the bottom sam? They look longer than mine My shocks are all 58.05mm lomg btw

  11. Should b if the instruction are correct.lol. there are 2 different length ball cups for the bottom but if you use the longer one you end up with an off road car.lol

  14. It does seem to. I think il hav to have a play around and see how much i can get before ride height is affected and use that. Ur car looked immaculate yesterday btw
  15. Rite everyone. How do you all measure ur droop! I used to measure it which the car on setuo board and slide the ride height gauge under the outer hinge pin. This was fine on the tamiya but on the haribo if i set the droop to 5.5 front 5 rear it alters my ride height

  17. Sounds like it feels like my car at the moment! Great on a small tight track but too twitchy and snappy on the big track
  18. Only once in last final.was a big impact aswell but just a c hub and hub. No driveshaft breakages all day. Killed a motor by getting hit. Couldnt get the car working how i wanted but have some changes to.make b4 maech 9th

  21. I think speedmaster will do a tc.hooefully it wont just be a bd7 copy and will be something different. at present hara is with sworkz for off road and has signed another contract with yokomo to run there tc.
