Hi im just sorting throo joblots etc i have recently got of ebay and have come across a few items i wont use and thought someone here may be interested in them? 1.A clutch and a few glow plugs from possibly a ftraxxas branded buggy? 2.Varoius 48 DP spur gears 63,78,80 and 92 tooth an a 16th belt pulley? 3.Various HPI branded servo arms? 4.Various brass pinions one 48DP not sure of others? SOLD! 5.Very large ball joints 8x threaded 4x with bolt hole possibly traxxas fitting? 6.64 DP 34 tooth pinion SOLD! 7.Shumacher pinions 48 DP 2x 24th 1x 26th SOLD! 8.Some large grub screws possibly traxxas/hpi fittng? 9.A pair of Losi fitment ballistic buggy 2.2 rear rims with Losi silver grade minipin tyres with inserts brand new and still unglued ! Hi bit of a stoopid question but here goes After my little incedent with the dodgy batteries,I have now purchased 2x 3000 mah and 2x 3800 GP matched stick packs from a local model shop and i need to know what are the correct rates to charge these? I have a pro peak delta charger and an mtronix peak charger.The delta charges at 2 ,3.5and 5 amps and the mtronix has 1,2 and 4amp charge rates. What is the best way to charge these properly and keep them in top condition? Im only askin this cos ive never had any packs above 1400Mah before

Umm i had one of those motors they were made by reedy (yokomo design) and were marketed by Parma international. I think they ranged from 15x2 to 19x2 although dont quote me on that!!!!

Hi and thx i did cut one open and they r infact 1400 mah cells and were very badly made too !!!! wont buy these again !!!!!!! Can any one tell me somewhere i can get some shrink wrap for making saddle and stick packs ? i have everything else but this !! thx for help cheers dave

I bought a 2x 3800mah stick packs,to put in my sons kyosho pure ten EP MK3 to get better run times over the stock 1400 mah. I followed instructions after fitting deans and fully discharged them and then tricklecharged then on my peak delta charge @ 1 amp over night! The problem is that both sick last about 30secs before dumping,where i can get up to 6mins of the 1400 pack? The car is fitted with a mtroniks rv11 and a 13x4 reedy motor and ive tried discharging and recharging at different rates,both fast and slow and still no joy? Am i doing something wrong ? It is an 87 kyosho raider that has been completely rebuilt bar the body and front bumper! The car comes with original box and most original parts minus the old plastic friction shocks! The body needs a small touch up in place but has no splits or cracks,and the bumper is scratched but still ok(i just couldnt find a new one Mods include :- Full ballrace set with custom spacers front and rear! Gearset destressed by boiling (lol,I know but it works) for 10 mins! Ceramic blue sheild ball races on gear set load points! Mtroniks PB 150 forward/brake speedo with new heatsinks( yes it still works ) Reedy Mr C 14x3 full race motor with 14 guage trickbitz wires and an integy heatsink! Full set of high current contacts and deans plug! Mini 27mhz receiver with band 1 crystal! Full set of new option house optima oil dampers! Hand cut carbon T piece chassis brace(stronger than original plastic y brace) Hand cut carbon front L braces(I remember these used to break alot!) Adjustable front and rear upper wishbones! Losi front wheelswith CAT cutspikes! Rear Lazer wheels with full spike CAT tyres! Hi I thought id introduce myself too! My names dave and ive been into r/c since the mid eighties! I have owned over the years many model for tamiya such as the Grasshopper,Hornet,Lancia rally,backfoot,frog,Boomerang,avante,Falcon,Lunchbox to name just a few!. I also ran and sold on a Mardave meteor,a PB minimustang two speed(Kicking my self for this now ,several CATS,a Topcat,Losi jrx2,Yokomo Dogfighter and an optima mid custom! I sold my pride and joy on ebay recently (toyota celica grb)due to redundancy . Im trying to get backinto r/c now becuase im autistic and i need a pastime to help me relax,and to deal with general day to day life. I like to buy older buggies etc and modify them with new parts etc and see what improvements i can make on there basic design.I did this recently on a Kyosho raider which ive pulled off ebay cos i want to make a carbon chassis brace etc before i finally list agian,becuase i didnt feel it was complete!!! I have a few projects going now,including a Falcon,a mr4 tc and a kyosho alpha ep and a kyosho alpha ep 2. Its nice to find friendly forums where i can talk R/C with like minded poeple Ill post more pics of ongoing projects soon thx dave

Yep I got one of these cos my all my mates had tamiya hornets,falcon,hotshot>etc and i wanted to be a little different ! I also had a mardave meteor and a pb mini mustang (two speed) as well !!!
