  1. I appreciate that, i have contacted them they think it might fit but not sure... I've looked at pictures and its hard to tell to be honest.
  2. Yeah they are showing stock of it but not the 12mm hex I asked them if it would fit they reckon it would, but looking at the picture it looks really close to the x18 head, and being that the r18 head gets larger in diameter as it goes up im a bit worried about it, do you know if it fits?
  3. Can anyone tell me if the new era models roll cage will for the later Schumacher rascal 2? Phoned Schumacher they weren't that helpful, I've noticed the head is a bit bigger on the rascal 2 that's why I'm unsure.... Cheers
  4. Managed to sort the problem, ive ran it through one tank (running in - to be on the safe side) sounds quite nice, gonna be pretty quick when set up
  5. All good, managed to find one if an admin wants to close this topic they can....
  6. Yeah I have that engine in my riot, in my rascal 2 I've got the later engine the setup is completely different
  7. Well I bought one for the R18 engine from modelsport, I'll take some pictures and show you what I mean, unless someone can show me a picture of their engine??
  8. The engine is an R18 engine if that's any help.... cheers
  9. Plate is silver, Im a bit confused by the setup, it has like a little pin that engages the bearing, if I pull the pull start the main shaft slowly goes up and eventually the pullstart won't engage. In theory this little pin (which is spring loaded) needs to be longer, I don't know if its broken.... Cheers
  10. As per title. I bought a Schumacher r18 pullstart and it doesn't line up with the holes on the backplate, two things come to mind 1) wrong pullstart 2) the previous owner has used the earlier x18 back plate Has anyone had any issues like this?
  11. Here's my latest project.... And my older car ive had for a few years....
  12. I can understand the appeal of electric, but I think I will still stay with nitro, love the smell and noise and tweeting the engine
  13. After genuine Schumacher Torx T10 spanner (U2794) as per link below http://www.modelsport.co.uk/tools/rc-car-categories/9980/998075&ManufacturerID=51&ManufacturerID=51&p_min=5.49&p_max=20.99&ManufacturerID=51&ManufacturerID=51&p_min=5.49&p_max=20.99&p_min=5.49&p_max=20.99&p_min=20.99&p_max=&ManufacturerID=51&MSAttributeID[72]=779 If anyone has one could you please contact me. Regards, Kelvin
  14. Yeh I can appreciate that, still prefer nitro, the noise and smell can't beat it!
