hi im new with RC cars and i bought an hpi brushless vorza with 2 trakpower lipo batteries 7.4v 6200amph 50c i want to know what to change to get like 80mhps

so i bought a week ago an hpi pulse buggy 4.6 but might give it to my lil brother, and im wondering what other card like that should i get on the budged of 999 or less? thank you
