why are the wheels moving so fast if the brakes are not on. its like throttle is fully engaged. i just want to break in the engine.

Hi guys, New to the forums. Don't have any rc experience but looking at getting a rc. Don't want electric. have been looking at hyper 7's as there highly rated on the forums. Are these still popular. is the hpi bullet better? Will mostly be bashing on grass.
