Thanks. I'm hoping this forum will help me meet other bashers in my area.

Last year I found my old RCs up in my mums loft. An original Midnight Pumpkin and a TL-01 both in need of parts, and a brand new, never built, Kyosho Pureten Alpha GP 2. All of which have been up there for donkeys years. I got all the bits I needed plus bearing kits for all three. After building them and bashing them for the last 6 months I've completely fallen in love with the hobby again. So much so that I've bought myself a new HPI Savage X 4.6. I'd also like to get into electric touring car racing as I have a circuit near me called West London Racing Centre but I'm yet to grow a pair and go down and introduce myself.

I've just received this email from HPI Customer Services after I asked what the difference is between powerfuel and optifuel: The fuel inside is exactly the same and they also cost the same too. The only thing that differs is the labels to provide shops the choice which brand sits better in the store. Kind Regards
