So when I got back into the hobby I chose to save money and buy a car from eBay. I chose the Rage r10st stadium truck because I wanted something other than a Traxxas Rustler that I can build into a custom racing machine. The car looks very aggressive and is a good platform with potential once almost everything is replaced--lol--part of the fun though right? The Rage r10st is not your basher friendly car. I bash hard, so my first jump was a double back flip and overturned it landing on it's nose snapping the front turnbuckle. Replaced the turnbuckles with all metal ones and went at it again. Second attempt--found a rock pile and the car likes back flips but doesn't like landing and landing upside down breaking the rear shock tower. Decided to park this one and build it and beef it up before taking it out again. As it would seem...Traxxas Rustler would have been cheaper and stood up to the abuse. Think I'll break out my HPI vorza nitro!!!
