    Nice build. I’m in the middle of building the same HPI kit with my 3 yo son. But, being both an electronics engineer and computer developer, I’m taking things further, mostly for my son’s entertaining with a bit of AI and building my own BLDC ESC, ultrasonic sensors, video feed, etc. If you guys want details I can brag all day long. BUT I’ve got to the transfer case and it seems very grindy indeed. What did you do to make it better? It sort of get stuck when I turn it by hand in a few places.
