Opened the Boom Racing Series III for the first time and was surprised to find a full blown tool kit in the box! Went on to read the manual and register the vehicle. Upon doing so, it pinged up a ‘service announcement’ Claimed the items and they are on the way free of charge. Now that is what I call service!

Fresh from HK! More impressed with the delivery than anything - £10.51 and it took 4 days to arrive with no customs. Pure luck I never know? On the downside it was a four month pre order wait

Finally got out in the sun! Broke 2 steering servos, lost a body post and broke the wheelbar on the MT10. Other than that, it survived

Turn it left loosey or turn it righty tighty 🤣🤣🤣
The motion and speed is controlled with your wrist action. Its actually really good especially for RC work where you can really finely adjust the speed as opposed to a trigger. Being able to adjust the torque means less likely to strip anything (although i never fully tighten with power tools - many lessons learnt)

I see, that does sound interesting. Though i'm not sure about not being able to finely adjust torque via trigger, i think that depends on the trigger itself (whether or not it's soft etc).
And yeah.. last turn always by hand.
That gyroscopic thing does sound cool mind, gotta see if they have something with that mechanism at our hardware store. Though, not as cool as i thought it'd be when i heard "spinny thing" (Gyroscope). 😄
