  1. No I was selling mine but it’s long gone now
  2. As per the title, what are the differences and abilities of the Tamiya Teu-101bk vs Hobbywing 1060 - I’m just about to start a build that has a Teu-101bk in the box whereas I’m more used to the 1060
  3. I mean next time around, with the new stuff
  4. I’d connect it all up without the motor fully fitted in the car to test it next time around
  5. Have you checked that the drive train is completely free moving without a motor installed? A transmission that is bound will draw more amps and could potentially blow the ESC I guess - but not with it switched off
  6. Shouldn’t have that I can see - my gut feel is a faulty 1060 ESC which is super rare but not impossible
  7. Wiring and jumpers all look good, I’d just tidy it up a bit more myself, but it’s all correct
  8. Does everything in the transmission turn freely with no binding? Have you had the motor out at all, could you have meshed the gears too tightly when you put it back in? It’s possible that the motor may be damaged - a bad motor can sometimes turn with no load on it but as soon as you fit wheels and expect it to go it doesn’t have the torque to work.

  10. A new 1060 is unlikely to be non-functional but it’s not impossible, more likely a bad motor wire or a dead motor.
  11. After 5pm I can photograph everything you’d need to know, if that helps, as I have it all at home
  12. Do you have the ability to post pictures of all your connections in the car - where the leads are plugged into the receiver, motor wires etc? You’ve not turned the throttle off by accident on the controller with the dial under the flap? As long as it all looks correctly connected - for the sake of experimentation it’s worth swapping the servo and ESC connections in your receiver to see what happens - obviously the throttle trigger should now turn the wheels and the wheel operate the throttle - what happens for you?
  13. £250 or sensible offer posted, the bare kit alone was £250 Freshly built, run once, I simply own too many things and need to focus elsewhere - it’s just sat in my garage since I built it. Etronix radio 1060 ESC Holmes Crawlmaster 5slot 16t 25kg servo Fancy Rostyle wheels, weighted - handles great. Happy to pull out electronics and negotiate if you want, I’m very flexible 👍
