  1. If only the gearbox didn’t sound like it was going to explode all the time - it whines like teenager without wifi!
  2. I still can’t get over how capable and tough these little buggers are!
  3. “Shop bought” is exactly the compliment to say how factory made this looks, its bloody lovely 👍
  4. I use this, a static modelling forum recommended it. https://houseofhobbies.co.uk/product/deluxe-materials-glue-n-glaze-50ml-32410?gclid=CjwKCAjws7WkBhBFEiwAIi168-HBQsL3AJgm4k8pE1_wHqGEqmjlw6Dxvk-zAJvMSIEnjC7riwQKGRoCzEcQAvD_BwE
  5. Glad its resolved! Ive been using this in my TRX4 and seems good so far, no duties and they deliver quick to. https://www.injora.com/products/25kg-35kg-large-torque-metal-gear-digital-servo-for-rc-model
  6. Bought a second hand toy grade UPS delivery van, approx 1/16th scale. It can minus electrics but with a servo fitted. I greased the transmission, fitted a new esc, added new flysky transmitter and hard wired a 2200 li-ion battery which you can access through the original AA battery hatch. I also added 350g 🤠 of stick on weights to give those shiny tyres some traction. Currently in primer whilst i make a decision on the livery!
  7. I tried, its a fair amount of willpower for a grown man 🤣 Its dried off oiled up and working fine thankfully!
  8. Its an odd one, should tell you whats at fault though surely?
  9. Does the weight of the board help, or are the boards not actually that heavy? Good luck for ROSSA 👍
  10. Oh and to update on the 550/8T crawlmaster? Its absolutely fine, if a little overpowered 😇 to 👹 in one esay squeeze on the throttle! For hooning a bout on loose woodland it needs at least one unlocked axle I reckon, front or rear is the question? I’m currently locked both ends.
  11. Went for a gentle crawl for once, so gentle it wouldn’t even need a oil afterwards let alone a clean off. Started off through the wind felled trees…. Over then under the uprooted trees…. Then after nearly an hour of gentle low throttle behaving myself, rather bizarrely the woods was closed - there a wooden raised staged path here that must have finally been condemned, so I went the other way… …..and the horns came out my head, read mist (green mist?) descended….. culminating in one stinking pond truck, a flat battery and a warm ESC 🤠 At least I didn’t have to carry this stinking thing that now weighed the same as a bag of sand half hour back to the car 🤣 Its drying off (flooded full of GT85) in the sun and I’m scrubbing my loafers 🤪
  12. Any V8 sound fabulous at Le Mans 😎 Corvettes always good, but this has the dirty sound that probably the Panoz was last to have. Sadly all gone a bit corporate for the 100th race, got booked solid by last September, the site I was on couldn’t offer anything even trying to book at the track during last years race 😳 Worth putting on your bucket list, arrive by Wednesday and soak up the atmosphere as much as you can!
  13. Went for a twilight crawl before it got dark, the new Injora 35kg servo seems pretty impressive too.
  14. I actually thought it might be quicker, but then rally blocks must add drag? Still thats a fair speed for a square box in 2S, appreciate the speed testing 👍
  15. It looks like you have speeded the video up 😳 Its a fair looker though 👍
  16. I have read these motors are particularly good, and finely tuned but its nice have a real world example 👍
  17. How quick was it on the brushed motor?
  18. I have a Draytek Vigor, no problems but its not a bargain either.
  19. Keep up the good work, be worth it soon 😎
  20. https://www.noleenj6.com/noleen-greases
  21. Try finding anyone selling it! I imported my Noleen direct, slipped through customs ok though 😉
  22. Video working here, yup looks to hard in the front to me too - do the shocks need bleeding maybe?
